If it is full of natural ingredients, why it has black eye mark on tube. It shows pure chemical substances.

My contact number is on dnd activated but i still receiving promotional sms and email from mamaearth even telling them 100 times not to call or sms me but they always take 4-5 days then stops sending sms me for 3-4 days then again they sending sms

I hve been using your products and its a lot very helpful for my skin dats why i search thoroughly and visit many sites for cross checking evn i c a lot of vloggers has appreciated this plus its plastic +, n dats why i orderd product like Mama earth ubtan face wash, serum etc . Meanwhile i thought of my hair so i ordered shampoo but what i got is totally opposite i think u should be very carefully while you are formulating your product if its not good den it should also dont create side effects i hope u r understndng my prblm n u should consult to your R and D peoples who are actually making dis . The shampoo completly chnge my texture, smoothness gone mtlb what i searched to enhnce my hair bt what i got is ### sorry i m using i had wasted my money no u habe to give me my money back anyhow otherwise u would probably watch the consequences u take your shampoo i dont wnt bt i wnt my money .

Ordered a products directly from their website but it's keep getting delayed order no [protected] when contacted customer care number lady were very rude (Name: Ritu) and did not interested in giving solution. Saying once delivered just return it.

I have not rec my order. The delivery partner is v poor. They donot contact and everyday specify some or other reason in msg for not delivering. Plz deliver my order or i shall complanit against the delivery partner consumer court.

I ordered anti hair fall kit for complete hair care and i received it on 21st may 2020. After use of "happy heads shanmpoo" i found that product is fault which contains some sticky grease content which has damaged my hair completely. I would request you to please replace this shampoo and get me new one and of different type "mamaearth onion shampoo"

I am raising a complaint against the website mamaearth.in

I had ordered a baby essential kit from this website. They delivered incomplete products (Waterproof bag is missing). I immediately asked for a return, gave them all the required details but return was not placed.

When i drop a mail on [protected]@mamaearth.in a new issue is created, but they close the ticket after few days without any update

Then i called the customer care no. +91-[protected] where the lady accepted the return request and said return will happen in 2 to 3 working days. Now its been more than two weeks no response yet

I have dropped many mails still no response. The customer care no. Doesnt answer the calls or gets disconnected in the middle

I want this parcel to be returned and my money back

I have placed an order with you on 26th aug and initially the estimated delivery date was shown on your website as 30th aug... And since then every day the counter gets increased by 1 day.

I called up your customer care number no 4th sept after waiting for some extra days considering there might be technical/logistic issues. The gentlemen over the phone confirmed that order will be delivered by 7th sept. Thought at that point as well your site was showing 5th sept (Increment of 1 day... May be that's how its coded at backend 😉).

Such long super extended delayed service is not acceptable. Moreover, you are not notifying customer by yourself sending out push notifications either as sms or via email and when customer calls up and ask you provide false information/commitment dates.

Whenever i track my order with everyday its showing late by every 2days.. As on today it is showing 9days late. I had paid in advance for my product via card payment. Now i really disappoint with the service. They don't even respond. I want to cancle my order but there isn't an option, i want refund

I ordered mamaearth's hair mask, hair oil and shampoo online (Found them on instagram) when i opened the parcel, the products had extremely worn out look, with its label sticker faded and spoiled. There was a lot of dirt on and inside the packing of the product and the hair oil packing was open. They came in such bad condition that i immediately took pictures and sent to mamaearth's email id with my complaint. I received the parcel on 26.02.2019....
