I am Akshay Kumar Manappuram Finance Ltd. I was working as Branch Head. My Employee Code is *345384* But I resigned from the company in 10th February 2022 from Tohana Branch (2969) (Haryana-3 Region) with a notice period of 3 months. And after completing the notice period, I applied for my relieving letter, So the company has sanded me the staff account deduction of 16102 Rs., which I have to pay to the company. The amount the company has asked me to pay, when I asked for the deduction details of that payment, the company's No one is ready to get any details from the management side. When he replied in the mails, he said to check in your company staff account. I checked my company staff account and found it 16102 Rs. No any deduction is visible. And because of this amount the company has with held my Relieving Letter. I just want to know from the company that this 16102 Rs. What has been cut? Whether it is deducted from some bill or deducted from something else. Please I want the details of this deduction for this bill or anything else. Which company is not ready to tell.
