Sir/madam
I vikram kumar s/o sh. Sawan dass, r/o h. No.-118, gurdial enclave, sansarpur, jalandhar cantt. Had taken gold loan of rs. 63566 (Account no.-[protected], dated 11/oct, 2014) by pledge of my gold 34.2 grams and also taken gold loan of rs. 84210 (Account no.-[protected], dated 11/oct, 2014) by pledge of my gold 45.2 grams. And i had also paid the interest amount upto 08 november, 2014, while taking the loan, manager had confirmed me that i can pay the interest/loan amount according to my own convince.
Today, i come to your manapuram branch, rama mandi jalandhar, from where i took the loan for the release of gold, but i am shocked to know that my gold was auctioned and sold by the mannapuram company in the month of june, 2015, without giving any information to me.
Branch/company had never contacted me for such kind of information, even i had registered two mobile nos. ([protected] and [protected] ) with branch and my address is local & very near to branch or even branch manager personally know me very well as i had also taken 6-7 loan previously from mannapuram with pledge nos.-[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc.
One more thing, that shocked me is that as per branch manager information company had bear a loss of rs.8360/- by ...What a great surprise. I had taken loan amount of 63566+84210=14776, according to branch manager, settlement amount was 76181+92662=rs. 168843, but total gold (In grams)=34.2+45.30=79.5 having actual cost more than rs. 240000.-----what a great surprise...Manapuram company had a very good business, just give three month loan and send the gold for action without any legal information or without making any phone call...I personally feel that i have been looted by the manapuram company with a great extend and will never recommend any of friends/relative to take loan from such a fraud company...These all lines are written to you after facing such kind of stupid problems from your branch (Even i donot want to write these lines) . Even i had never faced such kind of issus, while taking loan from muthooth finance and muthooth fincorp in my previous record..
I am very poor from my family background and taken gold loan to fulfills my dreams, but instead of fullfilling my dreams, i was looted by the company.
I am writing this application to request you that kindly look into the matter and refund my gold ( i am ready to pay all gold loan amount and interest upto 02.11.2015), as this is fault of company, as i had not got any phone call/message/legal registered letter from company side regarding auction of gold.
You are again requested to kindly refund my gold within 7-10 days. I shall be very thankful to you for this.
