Manipal Hospital — Appointment cancellation refund not received

The appointment scheduled at your Manipal hospital, Jayanagar on 22.07.2023 for patient Tejaswini UHID No.MH[protected].But due to emergency, I cancelled the booking as per your hospital policy, I would like to request my refund of _Rs.1500
It is almost more than 15days, I have been contacting customer care for refund but no-one is giving proper response.
