Worst management and money minded people

Manipal hospital has worst management. Doctors are careless and insensitive . They made us wait for 2 days just to make one simple diagnostic procedure. Nurses are always unaware about Doctors whereabout and keep making people to wait for a days without even telling proper timeline. Sick of this Hospital. My advice to people. Avoid going to this hospital....

Delay in discharge

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

My daughter is admitted in Manipal hospital for vital fever. At 10 AM in the morning today Dr.Aradhna said the kid is fine and can be discharged now. The time is 2 PM now and there is no update from them yet. When asked about the delay I was told that doctor is busy and summery is yet to be prepared please go to 1st floor and inform her. My question is, who's responsibility is it to contact the doctor and who's responsibility is it to give...

Awful experience in Darmatology dept.

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

We have consulted Dr. Mukesh Ramnane on 20 June, 2015. Just by listening the problem a bit, he referred to Haematology without looking to the patient. Now the question is: If he'll refer the patient to other dept. without checking, then the consultation fees should not be charged from patient in other dept. As a doctor he should also listen to the problems properly. In HOSMAT similar things happened to me, referred from Neurology to Orthopedic...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Money racket factory

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

This is the most unethical hospital. It is a completely money-churning factory at the cost of the patient's health. Recently, it has started playing with the H1N1 cases. All the simple viral flu cases are referred for H1N1 tests, as each test costs 5K. Faked reports are being produced, in order to promote the brand name of the hospital for maximum turn around of positive & healed cases. I have been a victim of the same. Dr. Pankaj,...

inefficiency at fetal medicine dept

My complaint is regarding the waiting time for any ultra sound scan at manipal Hospital. Why do you all give appointments when that is not followed? You make pregnant women wait for 2 hours or even more? What kind of systems are you all following? There is definitely inefficiency in the planning and execution. We had an appointment at 1pm with Dr. Preeti which was postponed to 4pm due to an emergency apparently. It's 6pm here and...

Misguided and being told wrong reports by the doctors in emergency ward to earn money

I would here like to tell that the docters in the emergency ward are highly unprofessional and looks like they dont hold any kind of degree. The reports which i recieved from mail later were not matching with what i was told in the hospital.. They told that Platelet count has been reduced to 1 lakh 69 thou, while in the report it is 2 lakh 69 thou. Wow, they can make anybody fool to earn money. Dr. SV Sampath Kumar

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

My mother was having Wound and skin allergy on her feet and we visited Dr. SV Sampath Kumar at Manipal hospital Halagevaderahalli, Rajarajeshwari nagar . My advice to anyone would be NOT to consult Dr Krupa Shankar, Dermatologist, Manipal Hospital. This advice comes after my experience I am narrating here:
-I have spend 15K on endless tests and cross department consultations he recommended to rule out a condition just in its very initial stage.
-If you would ask him to explain the condition you are suffering from, he will hand over a leaflet to you and say "Go back home...
