subsequently the blood sample collected by their team member yesterday at approx. 8.:30am and was told the report will be ready in 2 hours and the same will be made available through whatsapp or mail (registered to their record) but till writing this complaint no report received even after called their lab, customer care and personal visit

not getting proper response
