Manipal Hospital — Refund o[censored]njustified charges for approx INR 13k

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding charges applied to my recent visit/admission at your facility (Patient ID: MHD25ICR0005057 / Sakshi Mehta, Date of Visit: 24th June 2025).

Upon reviewing the final bill, I noticed charges labeled as “Admission Charges” and “Dietician Services, ”, etc. to the tune of approx. INR 13k which I believe were applied without necessity or prior consultation. I was admitted for overnight observation nor did I request for to receive any reasonable dietary guidance from a dietician during my visit.

I kindly request a review of the charges as these charges are found to be unjustified, I respectfully request a full refund of the same at the earliest.
