Manish Tours & Travels — In bus a/c pipe is leaking but still they are running the bus

Hi

I travelled from guntur to bangalore with manish travels on 17-apr-2016.(Bus number : 2676 with karnataka registration)
In bus the water leakage through a/c pipe and the same information will be known to driver prior two days only and full of water in the bus.
But when we called to manish travels management but we dont get the any response.
In my life it is the worst travels i saw.
From manish managamenet team there is no response and management team was taking so rashely.
And one more thing in the manish travels they mentioned it is a mercedes benz, it is not mercedes benz.
In andhra pradesh there is no such office to maintain the bus service also.
