Manish Tours & Travels — refund of money for cancellation of seat in tirupati trip

I booked four seats for tirupati trip on 03 jan 18 vide pnr no 992915. Out of which 01 seat no 42 was cancelled on request on 02 jan 18. They asked my bank detail for money to be trasnfferd back. But till now they are not refunded the money. Now they dont attend my phone also. Pls screw this company so that my money is refunded as qwikly as possibl.
