As I had made a bill payment of Mts no. [protected] for RS.600 through paytm on 10.10.2015 via my debit card against reference no.paytm97998 and it shows successfull transaction but after few hours transactin was denied and amount deduction had been made but still not got reversal from paytm and even tried several time to contact them but unable to do so as their number always busy.
