Dear Trackon, You have written on your website the below point. But all the points are fake which you are mentioned on trackon website also you are not following any one point. Yesterday I have given the written complaint on your customer care and they told me that till evening we will update the status of below complaint. But till now we don’t received any mail or any call from your customer care executive. I don’t know what is the problem. The document of 7.8.14 and today is 12.8.14 how many days you take for delivery. Please update the status immediately. Customer Satisfaction Trackon Promises :- 1. Honest Commitment & prompt feedback. 2. To take the ownership to solve any queries. 3. To keep in touch with customers for getting information of our service commitment. 4. To take care of all customer requirement and applied accordingly You don’t have any Branch in Bareilly why are you showing the Bareilly Branch on Trackon website. Because the phone no. is switched off continuously. Also you don’t have Almora branch which is showing on your web site because I have called that no. and he is saying from last 2 year he is not working with Trackon. Dear Trackon, 11.8.14 Please update the Status of below document. I am sorry to say you that your courier service is very pathetic the below document was reached in Bareilly on 8.8.14 but till date this document is not delivery on below mention address. I am also trying the Bareilly contact no which is showing on your website and I was trying so many times but the phone no. is also switched off. I also confirmed your franchisee JMD enterprises and they confirm us that the document will be dispatched on 9.8.14 evening but it is also fake commitment. Please deliver this document immediately or give the Bareilly branch phone no. and contact person name, I will check myself if you are not capable for this.
