On 29.06.18 I tried to book air ticket through Indigo portel for Patna to Delhi. I tried it three times and made payment through SBI Debit Card properly but after fulfillment of total procedure i get a message all three times "your payment could not be processed" . when i get this message first time i tried it second time, when i get this message second time i tried it third time but unfortunately i get the same message this time also. after that i leave this portel and book my ticket through ITCTC portal. But in the mean time i get three message from INDIGO your seat has been confirmed.I urgently check my account and get there my account has been deducted for rs (i) 2283/- (ii) Rs 2283/- and Rs 2283/- under transation no, (i) SBIPG[protected]CCAMOTO Mumbai (ii) SBIPG[protected]CCAMOTO Mumbai and (iii) SBIPG[protected]CCAMOTO Mumbai respectively. I as soon as possible cancelled the three ticket considering excess debited amount will be refunded to me. But till date only one amount of Rs 2283/- under Transation No IPAY RFND CCAMOTO TXN[protected] Dt 29.06.18 hasc been refunded to me . please look into matter and arrange me to get the aforesaid outstanding amount. thanking you.
