Am from Kovilpatti, Am working in lecturer of commerce department in Government College of Arts and Science, Kovilpatti.My compliant letter about Research center.I have eligible for PHd.But for PhD Admission fee date was declare very short period and very quickly through online payment only accepted.but that time was I have faced not only all are faced big problem.that time bank was strike.. so that I can not able to pay online mode.so that reason Directly I went to MS University branch (Indian Bank) to pay offline mode to particular Research centre.Thereafter I have faced very very big trouble that time.I don't know.they are accepted online payment only.That time My marriage date was arranged.but the research center Heads have all are irresponsible people.they are not understanding others situation.how great given have happiness of marriage.but before marriage me and my husband we was go for university.without knowing our parents.but all officers are have irresponsible people.they did not take any action till date and did not rectify my requisition letter...
so kindly rectify my Requisition letter

My application for degree certificate was delivered to the university on 3rd december 2018. But i didn't receive my certificate till 6th january 2019. I have deposited all my dues as required by you. I contacted bank regarding this issue they said that the amount has been paid to msu. But for the failure of hall ticket downloading they have to return back the money from their end.

I am jelin friend. We contacted branch regarding this issue they said that money is spend to MSU because the transaction is successful but Hall ticket not downloading.so bank is not responsible for this issue. You have to raise complaint against MSU on their website. She send mail to MSU exam application helpline and payment helpline but no response. Kindly take any action regarding this issue. Is about 1167 RS. They are easily taking from students and not clearing it for unsuccessful transaction. Helpline also not responding but is a reputed University what to say... Really disappointed. She has been waiting for more than 2months transaction failure date is October 4 now it's Dec 19

I have already submitted the dd of rs. 3600.00 & degree certificate no. Sgd 285006 on my 1st rti form first page. But the dispatch department talk very wrong way with me.

Controller of examination said me that the transcript dispatched on 24/7/2018 & said me to talk with dispatch department for docket no but they talk very wrong way with me.

Its my future related issue so i requested you to give me the dispatch detail by today itself.

I would like to inform you that I passed M.Sc. (Environmental Science) examination from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli – 627012, Tamilnadu, (India) through its
Study centre (V01-Bidya Evening College, Patna-Bihar) in November 2013. In my mark sheet and provisional certificate which I received, only printed my middle & surname (i.e., TANWEER AHMAD) whereas in examination hall ticket & University ID Card, (first, middle and surname was mentioned i.e., MD. TANWEER AHMAD) and same was mentioned in my all documents from matriculation to graduation.

For name correction, I had send all three original documents on 12th January, 2018 (Two Marks statement consecutively Serial Number DH 00347828 of May-2013, DH 00387956 of November-2013 & One Original Provisional Certificate, Serial Number: PC 00263954 issued date 19th March 2014) along with Demand Draft of Rs. 3000/- (SBI DD No. 610835 Dt. 11/01/2018) by speed post that was delivered in university on 17th January, 2018.

Apart from these, I had enclosed Xerox copy of MS University ID Card, MS University Examination Hall Ticket, Two Marks Statement, One Provisional certificate, UG Degree & Matriculation Certificate, One Self Address Stamped Envelope for speed post / Registered post to send certificate back after name correction.

I received name corrected two marks statement by speed post on 12th February, 2018 but not received Provisional Certificate.

I, therefore request you that kindly trace out my provisional certificate and send me as soon as possible otherwise inform me the reason for not sending.

I'm writing this complaint for my wife, she has completed her m. Phil in biotechnology from malankara catholic college under manonmaniam sundaranar university on december 2016. She received her provisional certificate on january 2017. She already registered for ph. D in kerala university 3 months before & received a notification to submit the attested copy of m. Phil certificate within 1 month. So we contacted manonmaniam sundaranar university office through phone to get the information about the original certificate status at the beginning of this month. We received the status form the office staff was, the convocation is over & if paying 5, 000 rs then can get the original certificate instantly from the university office. So we went university in the last week thursday for paying 5, 000 rs for receiving certificate instantly but the office staff rejected our request by saying that it is not possible to get the certificate instantly because there is some changes in the barcode even though we traveled from our hometown thiruvananthapuram to tirunelveli. We are in a critical situation that if failing to submit the certificate copy on time, the ph. D registration be void.

Please do the needful urgently to receive the original m. Phil certificate.
