I have noticed in parachute coconut oil it contains more amount of wax in it...

Purchased safolla gold from their online website... Money paid online but no delivery after that... Always saying ok will inform u but no resolution... Almost 1 month... Order id :[protected]

I purchased 5 lit Saffola Gold oil can on 3 Apr 19 for Rs 799 from nearby shop "Chetan Super Market". After opening it and consumming oil for 3/4 days, I found that the oil has bad smell. All the food prepared using that had bad smell. I have stopped using it.

I bought a Set wet deo 150 ml Swag variant from D'mart Aurangabad on 1st of July 18, it was sealed pack and when i used it couple of days later some white liquid like substance is spraying out of the can. I am a regular user of the deo of the same brand but have neither faced the same issue.

The Batch number of the same is E 14L78 and PKD is Feb 2018 with MRP 149.

I have preserved the can with me and request you to exchange the same.

I called customer care on 22nd of november 2017 about my product "livon hair gain"which i ordered from snapdeal and checked... And then i was in doubt that is it duplicate... So i called customer care and then they confirmed that we have to check that for this we have to get that product... And in behalf of that they will give a new one,.. They said it will take minimum 7 days of replacement... But now it's...22nd of january 2018... And no response form the company... I called many times but they said it will be replaced in 7 day... My name vijay gupta my shop name is gupta stores, your salesperson misbehave with me and past 3 months nobody come for order. My customer wants your product but i cant provide it to customer i do my best to collect from other stores and giving to customer to maintain proper relationship. Your salesperson come and take order in my area except my shop. So please take care your customer as well as retailer. It is a request do the needful not for me at list for your customer.

As i have seen the free sample of 75 ml of aloe vera coconut oil on production of the paper add to the near by shop those who are dealing your products. When i contacted near by shopping of m/s raja shopping
They said that you company/regional office/ responsible officer not informed them about the said advertisement and you are not supplied such sample / free items to the dealer/ distributor/ shops. Your special toll free number also not responding.
Such big corporate company releasing such one page add in the leading tamil news paper without proper arrangement and awareness to necessary
Channels are shows your incapability of handling such things.
Please act as big corporate company and made available the sample products and clear the time line given in the advt. Coupons. Don't made the public in front of the shopkeepers such delicate position with the coupons for samples. Which is going to damage your brand name very easily by yourself.
Therefore you are requested to made available the samples within no time to satisfy your esteemed customers before they are going to feel bad about you and your brands.

I am from udaipur, rajasthan.

I claimed for the free haircut with hair & care oil and got a confirmation providing the booked date and time. on reaching the venue, there was a problem in the transaction of the amount by an icici credit/debit card which was sent to the owner.
The owner of the salon refused to do the haircut because of the transaction problem (he didn't even know about hair & care and the offer) and the salon was 10-11 kms away. it caused me a lot of trouble.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

As per the guidelines meteorology department, it is mandatory on the part of manufacturer to mention correct mrp on his product. However the mrp mentioned on the product i. E. 5 ltr. Jar of saffola gold found to be misleading.

The mrp mentioned as rs.750/= is scratched and mentioned as rs.700/= which is misleading. You are requested to state correct mrp in the case under reference. (Scan copy attached.)

Please cover rural market heuse market are not cover east midnapur, send a serve parson i will help, some super and distributor not work properly they are only look his firm but if company growth his firm will be growth i don't know why your sales parson not see this. Hi my name is Gibson Samuel, I am a working professional, Few weeks back i had been called to your company by Mrs Padma Bagwe([protected]) whos mobile number is ([protected]) well i visited your company where they placed me 2 products so i could use it on me try it and give my reviews, likes, dislikes about this product for which i was promised a compesentation (incentive) of Rs 300 per visit . totalling 900 Rs for 3 visits .. I was able to make it for both the visits out of three where they placed me two product in the marico office in MIDC Andheri east in the interval of 1 week each . i was asked to come with the 2nd product which was DL 29 at 12pm, Sadly knowing my hectic and tight schedule of my office work hours i had called Mrs Padma Bagwe([protected]) on 13th evening to inform to reschedule my appointment in the evening second half, i even sent her a message on whatsapp for the same, for which she rudely replied on call if you don't come you will get nothing and we will ask you to get out and get lost out of the company if you come in the second half .. due to this reply by her i was seriously offended and hurt since the recruited that Marico a trusted and genuine brand hires employees who don't have the decency to talk with people, Hearing to this reply i called the researcher Deepali her contact number ([protected]) to tell her my situation and hoping for some corporation and for some help .. i just wanted justice and for being paid of for taking part in the panel by visiting midc marico office (mumbai Andheri east) which is very far from my work place and getting my promised incentive for using a trial product to help make it better and also return the product which was already with me .. but Miss Deepali was siding with the recruiter Padma bagwe, Deepali was rude to me aswell .. instead of offering me help she said she cant help me and she can do nothing about it . and that i can escalate this problem on my own and that she does not care, This attitude of your employee(deepali ) who was a researcher in the pannel who even took my interview of the product 2 times i was very disappointed to hear this words from her, All i want is justice .. its not the matter of the money anymore .. its the matter of they being rude to me and insulting and exploiting me, i even told them i have a product of marico which was given to me to test it on my self . the product is not even launched in the market and hence i want to return it on exchange of my incentive . but padma bagwe simply said i dont want the product and i wont compensate you anything do what you want, all i am asking you is please give me justice, i tried reaching Mr Rohit Jaiswal and Mr Vivek Karve from the marico office but they had already left for home . I left the job from marico ltd on 31/05/1996, as company having their own trust, i received my providend fund at the time of my leaving job, but unfortunately i not yet received my family pension from the pf department of maharastra govt' as my mother is suffering cacer last10years financialy i need this money urgently' as my previous employer marico ltd informed me that they send all necessary papers to the maharastra department for releasing my family pension . I will be highly greatfull if you kindly look into the matter sy mpathetically. Kindly let me know the further course of action takes from my side.
