I have purchased Marrow plan C about 5 months back and yesterday all of a sudden my account was blocked and i was asked to contact the legal team. Which didn't respond reasonably to my explanation and complain. I paid a huge amount approx 50k for the plan and now I cannot use the app for my preparation. It is causing me serious trouble in preparing in such a prime time for preparation. I use 2 devices separate for clinical postings and hostel room reasonably and the way which best suits my schedule. And now they are restricting my account to only one device which will affect my studies and also i am not able to pay such a huge amount again.
Please help!
