[Resolved]  Marrow — Account suspension/blocked

I am Suman Jaiswal, marrow plan c user.I always wanted to have marrow subscription but from Nepal it seemed difficult so I asked one of my known friend's sister to help me get the subscription. I paid her NRS.56000 and she bought me the subscription with her mobile number and my email id. Since then I am the only user of my account until I was constantly getting logged out of my devices (as I have two device) saying that number of devices exceeded was more than two . Then I asked her not to use my account. After that incident of few days I was peacefully using my account and searched on Google about changing mobile number on marrow and thought of changing her mobile number to mine after my exams. Then after few days, my account page showed of suspension and I was stressed not knowing what to do from Nepal, I asked my friend in India about it and she said she haven't used it and then I filed appeal to legal team of marrow after series of mail and replies I feel cheated and my money seemed wasted and now I am here for help if any concerning authority can help me. If possible please refund me the money. I can't take so much stress of loosing my money and time. Please I request the concerned body to help me in this.
