[Resolved] Marrow — My account is blocked permanently without any notice | ||
I am marrow subscriber since 2 years and just renewed my subscription in June 2023 for 6 months currently edition 6.5. And I using it regularly since subscription. On 3rd of August 2023 at around 5 pm my account is abruptly suspended without any notice. And on the the message displayed to file an appeal if I want to unblock... so I mailed them at the same time about the issue I got reply on other day 4th of August telling that in my device samsung device s7 + there is of login in of 2 other accounts... the names are my college colleagues.. for that I replied that before 1 year I had given my device to as there device is not working after logging out of my account.. and also clarified that my account is logged in 2 devices my mobile phone samsung s20 fe and my tablet samsung s7 plus and I never shared my account with anyone or used anyone account... And requested a call back but after 24 hrs of waiting also there is no call back or mail from marrow team and I am in midst of my preparation and this delaying are affecting my preparations so plz help to solve this issue Was this information helpful? | ||
