My account is suspended for 2 days and i am not able to solve questions or study properly. There is no response from legal side. My exam is in 2 months. I have no other way to study.

Been marrow user for 4-5 yrs purchased twice, this is harassment and creating panic just before exam and legal is not solving.

This is so bad my exam is so soon and i can not study....

I have purchased Marrow neet ss account for 2 years on March 5th..Now on march 14th when i try to login on mmarrow its showing account suspended without any reason..even if i contact marrow team no response...no call support, , , i dont understand what to do...

Marrow has wrongly blocked my device for login purposes.

I just had a marrow account but never subscribed to any of the marrow plans.

When I tried to log in a pop up came which said my account / device has been permanently suspended as someone else has logged in their account with my device.

I have told the legal team of marrow that I had lend my device to once but they are not doing anythingbr...

I am sarvesh, 1st year medical student & I have subscribed to marrow plan C. Yesterday I tried to login marrow in my laptop using emulator. Suddenly it came as my account got suspended and I do not know that using an emulator is violation of marrow rules.
Also, I purchased marrow 2 months back and I am preparing for neet pg / Next exams so marrow is a necessary tool...

I am unable to use my marrow account since morning because apparently the devices which I am using are under verification and isn't yet resolved. Due to this I am unable to use the service for which I have paid. I know that one account can be logged in on two devices, since both the devices areine I don't see what the problem is. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible so that I can continue my learning process....

I am marrow subscriber since 2 years and just renewed my subscription in June 2023 for 6 months currently edition 6.5. And I using it regularly since subscription. On 3rd of August 2023 at around 5 pm my account is abruptly suspended without any notice. I was a dedicated marrow user since one year and when i recharged my marrow subscription again my account got suspended.
It costed me a fortune to buy subscription around 25k + marrow notes which was 10k
I have emailed them giving them valid reason but no response.

I have been using marrow pro since a couple of days and it was of one of my friends earlier.He got selected in Neet pg this year and i had to take a drop again also he had few months of marrow left to use so i took his marrow and renewed it again!

I’m Dr Priya, recently bought marrow plan C for PG preparation .
Today I logged it on Laptop and tried to watch lectures but unable to see over laptop. So i searched through random browsing and unknowingly installed bleustack( emulator which i was unaware that is illegal?).
