Marrow blocked my account due to kyc verification failed after taking 28k

And not responding any mails to resolve my issue...

My device (ipad) got suspended blocked to which legal team told me they will unblock the device once I buy subscription. I have bought subscription on that day only & mailed them to resolve issue now but they have stopped replying now I m neet pg 2025 aspirant & this delay is affecting my mental health. I have renewed for marrow plan C 1 day before and my account got blocked ...as this account was previously on the name of my relative and now he is not using it ..so he said that renew this account and put your name give your KYC documents for verification...as I will be the person who is going to use it now ... I am a marrow plan c user, last renewed my plan on 24th August 2024 and valid upto 25th may 2025 for rupees 26, 999 only. Today my marrow account is showing a pop up claiming that my account has been suspended permanently. There was no prior notice and I have no idea what went wrong (if at all anything) from my side. I have neither shared my account nor tried to take any screen shot, I am not using a rooting or jailbroken device as per my best knowledge( it's my new phone I am using since july 2024), nor am I using a emulator. I have my INICET Exam on November 10th and just 15 days before the exam this mental harrasment without any explanation or notice is unacceptable. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

I bought marrow few months back.
It was perfectly working fine.
Then due to exams I didn't use it for few days after which they asked for verification.
I am basically using it on 2 devices my phone and tab.
Actually I took help of someone to buy their plan.
So while submitting I wasn't sure whose Id should I submit so I submitted their id in tab.

Marrow blocked my device i only have one ipad to watch videos and that is blocked the id is running in my mobile but unable to use it on ipad due to block done by marrow. I have purchased Marrow neet ss account for 2 years on March 5th..Now on march 14th when i try to login on mmarrow its showing account suspended without any reason..even if i contact marrow team no response...no call support, , , i dont understand what to do...

I have told the legal team of marrow that I had lend my device ie iPad to one my acquaintances for their own use. How am I supposed to be responsible if they have logged in with my device ????

It’s the owner of the login id has to be careful in how many devices he/she logs in, and at the same time the onus of enquiry / investigation / response to any query by the marrow team only
Rests on the owner of the user id.

It’s quite wrongful for the marrow to block someone’s device who has not even taken their premium services hence himself can’t even share his login information to anyone for any dubious reasons.
Amusingly enough, marrow and their legal team have not blocked my account only device.

When I reasoned with them,
They told me the only way my suspension of my device would be reversed / revoked only when I but their premium plans with video access is purchased be me within 24 hours, not even any other plans, the selection of the plan should be the sole discretion of the consumer not these corporate companies.

This arm twisting by this corporate companies is quite unlawful and absolutely unethical.
I kindly request that my complaint should be taken into consideration and necessary action should be taken against unlawful and unethical practices by Team marrow.

I am sarvesh, 1st year medical student & I have subscribed to marrow plan C. Yesterday I tried to login marrow in my laptop using emulator. Suddenly it came as my account got suspended and I do not know that using an emulator is violation of marrow rules.
Also, I purchased marrow 2 months back and I am preparing for neet pg / Next exams so marrow is a necessary tool...

I am a plan c marrow user for years now I account got suspended on 16th nov after I was trying to login repeatedly as I was getting OTP on my registered email account (maybe due to rediff server down time)
It's been 4 days I have not received email from marrow about what to do next in this regard when I am reaching out to marrow support team they are sending emails with different ticket I'd saying they are looking into it and will reply in 24 hrs it's taking a lot longer than what I expected
Kindly respond to my query a little quick so that I can continue with my preparation

I am unable to use my marrow account since morning because apparently the devices which I am using are under verification and isn't yet resolved. Due to this I am unable to use the service for which I have paid. I know that one account can be logged in on two devices, since both the devices areine I don't see what the problem is. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible so that I can continue my learning process....

I paid her NRS.56000 and she bought me the subscription with her mobile number and my email id. Since then I am the only user of my account until I was constantly getting logged out of my devices (as I have two device) saying that number of devices...

I am marrow subscriber since 2 years and just renewed my subscription in June 2023 for 6 months currently edition 6.5. And I using it regularly since subscription. On 3rd of August 2023 at around 5 pm my account is abruptly suspended without any notice. And on the the message displayed to file an appeal if I want to unblock... so I mailed them at the same time about the issue I got reply on other day 4th of August telling that in my device...

My marrow account was suspended when I was trying to install app through bluestax on my windows tablet because app is not available in Microsoft store. I didnt know that is unauthorised. I was a dedicated marrow user since one year and when i recharged my marrow subscription again my account got suspended.
It costed me a fortune to buy subscription around 25k + marrow notes which was 10k
I have emailed them giving them valid reason but no response.
Please help me as i am a student and because of this my preparation is getting affected and all my money will go to waste if they dont unblock my account....

I have been using marrow pro since a couple of days and it was of one of my friends earlier.He got selected in Neet pg this year and i had to take a drop again also he had few months of marrow left to use so i took his marrow and renewed it again!

I Archita Das had taken marrow from my classmate Amitosh Kumar Pandey after a status he had put up on his whatsapp that he is kind of an ambassador for marrow and that I could get some additional discount.
Being an intern with limited fund, I took it as he was a trusted classmate.

I paid my full money to him and in return he asked me to change my phone number which I did... Considering everything to be legal. I am one person who never breaks laws but falls into trouble every single time.
This occured in[protected].

He is already pursuing his PG now whereas I wish to appear for it in 2024 again. As well as my INICET 2023 ON MAY 7th.
I thought as I have made the full payment to him from my account, I can upload my adhaar details
.. Due to which MY ACCOUNT IS NOW BLOCKED.
I MADE A PURCHASE OF PLAN C ON THE 5-6TH of April which costed me around 35k... And ever since I cannot use it.

I apologize for breaking any rule set by Marrow. I am an ardent follower of Marrow and all it's teachers. I request you to kindly unblock only this time!
I will be forever indebted.

I have sent a lot of emails to which I have received only ticket numbers. Please resolve it.
