They blocked my account without warning. They also say I have shared my login credentials with other people
Inspite of multiple emails to the legal team, they have not responded with any solution. And this occurred less than a month after i paid 17000 rupees and extended my one year plan.
In all these months, there was never an issue
And now, one month before the exam, they have suddenly blocked it after i paid for a renewal and they are not responding. They are also saying we must NOT contact customer care
This is so stressful to a student just before their exam. I am shocked at this...inspire of multiple please they are not giving any option to resolve this and not even responding to my emails. Was this information helpful? |
