[Resolved]  Marrow — Account problem

I have been using marrow since 3 years .i have never used any unfair means .Moreover i am a paln b user so things like recording videos or taking screenshots doesn't even apply .
I took a 12 month subscription at a higher cost recently because they denied for a 9 month one .
I recently used BlueStacks for opening marrow on laptop .I am a totally tech unfriendly person and didn't know that BlueStacks is an emulator .
I apologise for making the mistake unknowingly but there wasn't any wrong intention .I just opened it on laptop to take my exam on the laptop to simulate real exam . The live test ends tomorrow.
I have written to them 3 times .
Only 6 months are left to neet pg 2023 exam .please take my request into consideration, make my voice heard and help me recovering my account .A request from neet pg aspirant and apologies too ...please take this into consideration
