My account has suddenly been blocked since yesterday.
I am a pro user plan b since 2 years (costing around 10, 000/-)
And recently i had extended my plan by paying Rs 3999/-
And suddenly they have blocked my account probably because i did not do the KYC verification
I have send them my KYC verification ID via mail.
I have tried reaching them via mail but only an automated response is given
When i try calling their customer care support nobody responds because of shortage of staff due to covid.
This is a very crucial time of my preparation with INI CET exam just a month away.
Most of my study material is on The app.
Please HELP RESOLVE this issue.
