Marrow — I'm complaining about suspension of my marrow account

I purchased marrow plan D on 8th February. It costed me 49999rs for 24 months.
When I logged into my account in my laptop it got suspended.
Now I don't know what to do. Please help me to get back my account as soon as possible.
