[Resolved]  Marrow — Marrow- Access to account revoked

I have been using marrow for the last few days during this usage;
1. I've never given anyone else access to my account

2. I was the only one who used the app, through my account.

3. I never recorded their videos.

My access was revoked today, despite this. Every time I try to open the app

I use marrow only from two devices only. That is all there is to it.
I didn't take any video screenshots.

I can't sign in or use the app in any manner, yet I still have two years left on my subscription.
The automated response from the legal team specifically stated that I should NOT contact their customer support.

I'm waiting for them to send me an email.

This is quite aggravating.

Please assist.

My marrow account is suspended saying suspicious activities
I haven't shared my account except my mobile and tab
I didn't take any screenshot
And exams are just 45 days ahead they removed the account without any warning...
Please I request to solve the issue as early as possible
