[Resolved] Marrow — MARROW account got suspended | |||
I am a marrow plan c user.i subscribed marrow on january 2022 for upcoming fmge exam which is in june..but on 28th my account got suspended unexpectedly.i contacted Marrow team multiple times.They said me to wait.first they said me that, wait for 48-72 hrs..but its been more than a week i couldnt open my account..i mailed them with my id, i called to the helpline number..but they are not giving me the correct solution ..always telling me to wait.. I don’t have any other source to study..only depending on marrow..but they are not responding .I didn’t even start my preparation..whenever I contact Marrow team, they are saying they don’t know.. Spent 50000 on the app the last time I registered.
I have :
1. Never violated their privacy policy
2. Never shared my account with another person.
I am the only person who used the app through my account.
3. Never recorded their videos
Despite this, my access was revoked today.
I have sent them an email asking for the cause, because I haven't used marrow regularly in the past 15 days.
I use marrow from two devices only. My phone and my tablet.
And that is it.
I didn't take any screenshots of videos,
The only time I took screenshots was of my marks in the tests/my scores in the question Bank.
I cannot sign in, cannot access the app in any way, and I have 11 months left.
Legal team automated email explicitly asked me to NOT contact their customer service.
I'm awaiting an email from them.
This is very frustrating.
Please help.
