Complaint marked as Resolved Friday on 17 june my marrow account got suspended because I used an emulator to try downloading into the laptop for giving tests only but they immediately suspended it following which I sent an email regarding the mishap and my lack of knowledge regarding this. I thought apart from videos and notes I can access rest of it in my laptop.
They replied within 3 hrs, I answered their questions gave device details and identity proof. They strictly warned me not to do it again otherwise it'll permanently be lost. The next day I again emailed in the morning regarding the delay, they replied in 3 hrs and unblocked it. Whole of the process took 20 hrs
