[Resolved] Marrow — My marrow account has been blocked today

I haven't shared my marrow account password and details with anyone and I have been uploading my id proof but it didn't get verified. Now my exams are near and my marrow account has been blocked. I want this to be resolved asap as there is very less time left for my exams.

My account got blocked too ! How long does it take to unblock it ? Customer service isnt very helpful. Email resolutions are slow too !
