Marrow — Not able to login and no response from Marrow

I am not able to login into Marrow app.It says my account is blocked.
I'm a neet pg aspirant and bought marrow but now not able to use it and my precious time is being wasted.
I sent emails to marrow but there is no response so far.
Please help me regain my account.
