They do never do what they say. I had called several times and booked a slot as per their availability but still they had also booked another person and asked me to wait for the next slot. But for the other slot again someone else was already booked. No proper communication. This happened twice. No one response properly and the branch grievance manager is rude.

They say something and do completely different thing. I booked a particular slot and they made another person join for that.

Myself Dr. Sachin Srivastava. I am a trainee in maruti driving school. I was very disappointed to take admission in maruti driving school. Miss Pooja who is the receptionist over there misbehaves with the trainees. Whenever I reach over there they say that they will teach me only half an hour. But when I purchased this course they said that they will teach me one hour. But now they are saying that there are many trainees so they will only teach half an hour. They are fooling people. Very Bad Experience from Maruti. I want refund of my fees as soon as possible.

I have given 2500 rs to Startburst Motor training School, Kalyani - 741235 for Driving license procedures on 24th March.
They haven't done anything so far and they are not ready to give me back my money as well.
I myself applied for learners license online and got it. They are not ready to refund the money I have given them.
I want my money back as they are not doing anything.

He is Delaying daily. I told him I will give complent, he told I am senior of driving school

If you can't give training please return my money 6000

I am so much disappointed that my instructors were changed thrice for the 6 days! Furthermore a broken car on which I am being taught. And not to mention in even my classes are being delivered regularly. There have been no theory classes and no stimulator classes under supervision. Extremely poor class of services.

Don't telling anything about my driving in on raod class .Pratap sir is not responding anything call is not lifting not giving any information to me.This is very bad thing about maruti driving school in visakhapatnam Murlia Nagar, birla junction

I paid Rs. 5400 to learn car driving at Maruti Driving School in Mahadevapura Branch in Bangalore.
In a pandemic situation I haven't completed within time. I visited to this branch and called Manjunatha ([protected]) and Anusha ([protected]) but there was no response from them.
Many times I have tried to contact them via Phone or Whatsapp message but no use from their side.

Note: I trust a lot about Maruti Suzuki. I thought about buying a new car at Maruti Suzuki once my driving classes are completed successfully.
Kindly help me with this and take as high priority as possible.

I learnt driving from MDS velachery.. A lot of times there is huge miscommunication regarding time slots and I keep showing up there and not get a class and return without class hence it wastes so much of my time. They are not coordinated and the slot booking system for on road sessions are super messed up and unorganised.

On 6th July 2020 I had joined the classes.On the first day I paid the course fee in full i.e Rs. 10080/-, and the classes were always cancelled. After payment they will never contacted for classes. In July 2020 First when I went for LL they made a mistake in Application form and I could not give the LL test. Then in July 2020 itself they took 4 classes for me without LL. I stopped going to classes further since it was illegal to drive without LL. LL slot was not given for months. I went to the RTO and couldn't give the LL test as the staff here did not make the necessary arrangements and there was no person to assist as well( what usually they claim to have). During September I gave my LL test. Further, the classes were also cancelled. They never informed me about classes further and never contacted me aswell. They are interested only till you make payment. Now from past 3 months I am asking for the refund. initially they said they will help me with the refund but now there is no response. I keep calling them for refund status but they are not picking the call.

It's been almost a month post we were told about the unavailability of selected vehicle (Dzire model) per the package and we are yet to get any confirmation by when the vehicle will be available to complete pending classes.
This is a serious concern with the maruti suzuki- west maredpally branch under AUTOFIN dealer which is least bothered to even pick up the phone to communicate any update.
After multiple followup & just one conversation around unavailability of Dzire model, we are clueless how long we need to wait here. & Another important question is how this driving school is running the business if this is happening with driving school under the tag Maruti suzuki brand...hope someone From management is making a note of current situation at this branch in west maredpally, secunderabad, Telangana

I had paid full amount for licence at Maruti driving school kharghar sector 20 office to Preeti.. But every time she gave some reasons like form was filled wrongly, some time she said police not available i m still waiting for my learning licence appointment and now no one even answering the call I am trying since last 2 month to reach out to them bt they either don't respond or just switch off the phone

I joined maruti driving school at kalyani motors bangalore. I could not complete course. I did only simulator. I paid Rs. 5000 please Refund my amount after ur charges

I have bought a fridge from Nandilth G mart attingal on October 31st 2021. When it was switched on, very fowl smell of some chemical was coming out with some sound. We called Nandilath G mart, they didn't turn up first..whatever food items kept was not able to be consumed ..that much smell in all food items kept in fridge...again we contacted..one technician came and did something in the fridge..smell reduced but it's still there...again...

I have registered in Feb 2021 with Maruti driving school, for so many days they did not processed LL ( lockdown also imposed in between.
Finally in july I was able to get LL, then also same situation after many followup with shivakumar (Bimal, hosakere Halli Bangalore). I was about to move far away from that location and I requested for transfer to nearest school ( with great hardship I got it in Dec end) to gottigere.
And one more thing is my LL is about to expire in Jan 22.( They wanted to blame me for that)
Here in gottigere, I was not treated with same respect, since I was not there direct costomer.
Class are scheduled at odd time (I have no complaint about this, and okay with it).
Last Monday class was not scheduled ( since I was not received call, I got confused) so, I called instructor and asked about class, he said class is there and I went and waited for half an hour. Then some body called me and said instructor is on leave, today no class.( I was okay with this also.) On Friday class scheduled as usual I was not able to attend, so informed instructor before class, and he said no problem.
When today I called shivakumar for applying DL, I was surprised to hear I was skipped so many classes, and educating me about classes, schedules, plan bla bla ha ha. And asked me to remind him tommoro for applying DL.(I am bit uncomfortable now). I said ok.

So here my questions are,
Why I choosen Maruti driving school?
Did I made mistake joining here?
Am I made responsible for their negligence?
Why they make me to feel like this after paying and wait to get my right?
Should I recommend Maruti driving school ?

I had applied for DL in Driving school branch of sudamnagar they have applied for LL but they didn't apply for DL and my LL got expired because of them (I had called them n number of times even then they didn't do anything). Later they said that the driving school is merged with some other driving school. So I had asked them for refund the employees Ram and Pradeep (accountant) has told me that they have resigned the job and had given me other persons contact number named Santosh. But the refund amount which I have got from santosh is only 1350, I had paid 2500 for applying for license in this school. Even after showing all proof of payment Mr Pradeep is not responding the call and Mr Santosh is telling me to contact Pradeep. These people have eaten my money. Neither of them are giving the owner contact number of maruthi driving school.

I Joined the Maruti Driving school in my area and the service they have provided is very worst and cheating. I was asked for rs 4200 as RTO amount and they did not provide me any receipts for it. They never informed me when my LLR is ready and delayed for two weeks. Then after they applied for the DL test which was after my LLR is expired. I failed in the test and since my LLR is also expired they are now asking me to pay rs 4200 as RTO amount to apply for new LLR.

I'm admitted to STARBUST Maruti Driving school, Madhyamgram, Kolkata-7--129.My compliant is non availability of trainers as per the schedule is fixed.

I had a slot on 6th Oct at 8am trainer came at 8:45am again today i.e. 18th Oct I had a slot at 8am and till 8:35am center is not opened at all.

Had a discussion with center coordinator(Munmun) at around 8:45 after repeatedly trying her from 8am in the morning. She told due to natural calamity trainers are unable to reach which is such a ridiculous excuses as trainee is on time ignoring the natural calamity but trainer not.

Can you please clarify the below reasons?

1Why should I need to call everyday the trainers to ask when they are coming?
2Why should i not get any intimation that there will be delay in starting the session?
3Are you people doing any favor like free of cost training then why so casual about the timing ?
4Shall I go there for having fun and just to pass time?

Had signed up with Maruti Driving school to get reacquainted with driving. Was confident this is the only school I can truly trust, most other driving schools are not at all transparent. Being Maruti I had a level of trust and confidence that I would get my bang for buck. Today the staff said they didn't know that I had a 2wheeler DL and wanted to merge 4wheeler into my current license. One of the reason beyond trust was that I iteratively told them this fact, and they made a note of it every time, but today out of now where they decided that they were not informed of this. Every time I visited them, about half a dozen time they were informed the same, and today suddenly they forgot about it all. My trust in maruti has been razed completely, it was the dream car of many generation of my family and today maruti.
