I had submitted a refund application on 17-8-19 at maruti driving school (Old airport road, bangalore) due to their highly unprofessional staff & services.

(Mr.) suresh, their so called rto coordinator + trainer should be kicked out of the place on immediate basis. He is ill mannered, unprofessional & has no respect for someones time.

Their coordinator bhavneshwari scheduled my simulator class & he never turned up nor informed me. Their was no-one else in the office too to listen. He did the same for my ll appointment.

Mr. Punith, who is the center manager, never responds to calls. He will give you all the time when you go for enrollment but later is always busy, god knows where!

Now its almost 2 months & they still haven't refunded my money & keep postponing the same.

I want to sue them. They should respect their customers & if they can't, should close their dukan.

This has reference to the above subject. I would like to inform you that my name is N.Chandra Sekhar, resident of Hyderabad. I have paid an amount of Rs.4000/- to the above mentioned driving school in two installments one is on 06.05.2019 and another one is on 11.05.2019 to learn the car driving.

Based on their advice, I applied and got learning license and submitted the same to at their office to Mr.Nagraju, because of insufficient staff (they told this reason to me) or some other reason they have not started my learning classes at in time and agreed to refund my amount and asked me to submit a letter for refund of amount.

As per their instructions, I submitted a letter dated 04.06.2019 at their office for refund of my amount and they agreed to refund my amount.

Since then, they have not refunded my amount to me, till today i.e. 16.09.2019 and whenever I called the concerned person his name is Mr.Sai kumar not at all lifting the phone and not responding to my phone calls for that I have his call history, suppose, if he lift the phone he was saying that as mentioned below reasons:

1. within two days we will issue a cheque
2. concerned person not prepare the cheque because of his works
3. your cheque is ready but our CEO is on leave and he has to sign the cheque
4. give your bank account number we will deposit the amount directly into your account (as per their request I sent my bank account number through SMS
5. Instead of cheque and deposit into your account directly I will give the cash to you come to our office or some other place.
6. I am not feeling well and will come to office after two days and I will pay the amount.

Several times I told him over phone and kept a SMS also, if, you are not refunded my amount; I will a lodge a complaint with consumer cell, even though, they responding.

Therefore, I hereby request you to take the necessary action against to them and order them to refund my amount with interest for mental harassment.

For your reference, I here attached the following proofs:

1. Receipt for an amount of Rs.4000/-
2. A letter requesting them to refund the amount of Rs.4000/-

On sep 4 amount paid for learner’s course. It’s told that the simulator session will start from 6thsep. But due to simulator trainer on leave which is not intimated and when we reached driving school office its told to us that the session will start from sep 7. On sep7 when we reached the school its mentioned in stickers as closed and shifted. On reaching home we called the person raju and asked but he said that the school is open when we reached the place they are saying that we are open but forgot to remove sticker. I asked to give the session but the trainer refused as he says that we are not in time to office. Other trainer said that he saw me while taking the photo of the stickers on the glass door but didnot even called me. After 2 hrs discussion my amount was paid back as i insisted on the session to be conducted. The trainer by name raju has done the payment formalities on sep 4 is not at all responsible in conducting the sessions and bluntly saying that he is not going to conduct session. After payment of complete amount how can they speak irresponsibly to a customer to cover their negligence. Is this the way maruti is expecting the customers to get in and serve them. I hereby quote you that i have to file a case for the agony and pain caused by making me sit for hours and refunding my amount, which means the incapability of the management.

I am really disappointed about your service in madurai branch vilangudi (Near kanna department) that i had finished my driving classes before 2 months and still now they are not responding for my test class for getting license as my llr is going to expire they are not give proper response they are answering in a irritating manner not alloting proper classes not giving training properly like give car in traffic i am really very much disappointed

I have joined maruti driving school for car driving course on 22nd may 2019, paid inr 1000 as advance amount for the course.

My course is not started on time, i waited for one month, but not started.
So approached the driving school and asked them to cancel the course and refund my money, they agreed for that and took a written letter from me.

Its been again more than a month i have given request for refund,...

I have done training from your institute in meerut but it has been more tha 1 month i'm not getting my certificate they always say come on sunday but they did not respond on sundays and they didn't give me the recipt of the amount which i have paid to them for training of car driving. So please help me as fast as possible for resolving this issue...

This complaint is about the service provided to me right from the start by maruti driving school.
If you want to experience the worst service plz go to them as they are masters in that... No service is provided proper from them right for the receipt, trainers, appointment for license.
The girl appointed to do all this work doesnt even know what all documents are required for learning license and then finally when we go after 3 months of appointment we come to know that the concern lady have not uploaded the required documents for which again i would need to take an appointment which would have taken more 3 months after spending whole day in rto.

Thanks to the officers in rto at station who helped me looking at my situation as from morning i was connecting the driving school person who was just ignoring my calls by giving reasons...
Worst service provider "maruti driving school"

I am student of maruti driving school @ palaganatham, madurai. I am pursuing course for fifteen days there. Altough the staffs were good, they were lathalogical in their duty. I felt no proper care provided for me. Just switching on simulator and ask me to drive make no sense. For name sake simulator class was over. They asked to wait for 7 days for on road practice.

It's regarding complaint about chinchwad branch pune. There mr shekhar is d manager of your driving school. But he is totally arogant, non professional. I paid full amount of swift car. And after my three holidays he said u can't go for swift. We will handover u wagnor. And u allowed customer for three holidays. But what is d logic behind it? And there reception lady also totally non working on customer holidays. Always using headphone in office. She and he taking there own decisions without looking record. Its totally wrong. Bcoz maruti driving school having it's own introduction in market. And these foolish people are making bad impression.

This is to be hereby noted that I have faced the following issues while my learning in Maruti Driving School Kalyani :

1. The Instructor was changed and the new chief had a very rude behaviour.

2. He refused my classes other people were being taught in my lesson time.

3. The terms of driving were different as told earlier before joining.

4. He faulted the admissions issues and refused to take me on road.

5. He disobeyed the norms of the manager in charge of Kalyani Maruti Starburst.

6. This guy was transferred from Madhyamgram division a few days back right after Sibashish Debnath the previous Instructor of MDS left the job.

7. He is a complete ###.

I've given my consent for admitting my wife for learners driving during her vacation (May), but there were no response for the past one month.in the end of the month that is today (29th may) calling that you made a request for driving at guindy maruti driving school, chennai. This is the problem with the established institution and their irresponsible. Thanks for your unresponsive method. I'll not approach hereafter. Sam

I joined maruti driving school in september and during the joining date i mentioned that i am a frequent traveller and may not be come to class regularly. They said they are ok with it and asked me to pay full payment though i asked them for partial payment option. I applied my llr in october and stated my classes. The scheduling staff never used to schedule classes for me. I have to call them and ask them for classes. My father passed away and i was not able to call them for classes scheduling. When i call them now they say they donot have my details and my card is not there with them and they need approval from higher official for rescheduling. Very poor commitment by staff and they are ignoring my calls. Either arrange for a refund or help me in commencing the classes again. Fake commitment by staff and they have lost my enrollment and not scheduling classes.

I have registered at their manpada thane centre three month ago. The most unprofessional place to learn driving from except the on road trainer, he was okay (Overlooking fact that they spit on road while training opening the passenger seat door.) administration records are absolutely not updated so even when your course is over they will keep calling asking you when you want to start with simulation / theory session. Administrators and other staff and totally dumb and have no clue about anything happening in their center. Over that they will avoid your calls or facing you at times when you need clarification. I was fed up taking my complaints every time to their office about irregular training for simulation and pro-longed date taken for final test. Hopefully the misery will end as final test coming soon however their calls and confusion about treating me as a new student will still not stop.
Please prefer another training school.

I have planned and purchased maruthi suzuki swift 2 weeks back. At the same time i asked driving school people for learning driving. So they accepted and said that you will get to know driving with 2 weeks till now my onroad was not started so i am planing to stop buying car and stop learning driving from maruthi suzuki school. It has been 2 months + in chattarpur maruti d. S and they havent been able tic coomplete my course. It isn’t strange they call me and misscommunicate on class timings. They haven’t been able to start demo classic when it been months and i am waiting for the same.
Driving teaching quality isn’t pathetic, in one hour they hardly teach you 20 minutes as maximum time isn’t wasted in going to service road, coming back and parking. They start 10 minutes after and end it 10 minutes before.
I have given up on their classes and joined 2k learning institute. They come at my door place as well.
Maruti you are pathetic..

I need to raise a complain for your maruti outlet in saharanpur for maruti driving school - atelier driving school on 5th of oct. I paid 3500 for learning driving and i was committed 21 days of training for the same. The girl who was aligned to teach simulator dnt knw how to drive 4 wheeler, this kind of pathetic alignment that the person aligned to teach dnt know driving, i wasted 5-6 days as she was not teaching properly, then a new associate mr anil was assigned for that, after spending few more days on simulator i started with learning driving on road. Only 4-5 on road driving classes my classes were stopped. Driver called in starting nov that now it will start post diwali holidays. I want to know as maruti is a brand and if one person is on leave they dnt have nay backup driver? Nyways i cooperated and called him post diwali i. E 12th nov, then he said that somebody passed away and he is not available, he'll contact me once he is back. I waited for a week and contacted him again on 19th nov then he said i am out of town for some training and will be back in 10 days. I again cooperated and waited for 10 more days and for him to call me back. Than jan first week i got irate and called him again then he said there is some issue going on whit their cars and it will take a week time and he made me talk to some senior. I again cooperated. Almost mid dec i visited there and met mr viredra (Some senior) and he said he'll get my training started in 3-4 days post car issue is resolved he'll look into it personally. I tried calling him but he dnt attended the call, and i again visited on 25th dec. Same day he asked me to deposit my payment receipt and he'll refund my amount as there issue is not getting resolved for now. I gave him both my receipts on 26th and he committed to for refund cheque by 29th of dec. Same day i paid to some other driving school to learn driving. And paid money there as well. Due to some busy schedule i visited on 3rd jan, he was not available and we visited branch head. He said he'll confirm us with the solution. And today when i asked for my cheque i am not getting it back. Now they are saying that we cant refund you need to complete the course.
I am being harassed mentally, i wasted my time and money both. Terrible service i have ever got.
I need my refund back as i have joined some other driving school now. Else i'll take this case, legally for harassing me, and wasting so much of my time.

I have been enrolled in the driving class for so long and yet my classes have not been over. The person who creates the schedule is very irresponsible. She creates the schedule according to her convenience and not according to mine. I sent her a list of dates and time and yet she did not pay heed to those dates and gave me the dates on which i was busy. Many a times i go to the driving school and they send me back saying that my name is not in today's list but the schedule she sents me has the timings. I spend 100-200 to come to class and they shamelessly send me back. This is just because of the carelessness of one person who gives wrong schedule to me and a different schedule to trainer. Also i never get a reply to the mail i send them. I was thinking of buying a vehicle from there itself but now i am not sure i will go for the classes or not.

I have admitted in mds in october 18. My complaints are.
1. My simulator training is incomplete.
2. L reported complaint for indecent words of trainer
3. After diwali... A gap of 8 days.. When l joined, manager told me not to join for 3-4 days. That gap extended to 20 days.
4. They insist me to fulfill feedback though my training is incomplete.
5. When l request to complete my course, he told me to practice with my own vehicle.

My licence is delay one of staff of pratap nagar name jayshree she is very rudelky behave nd use bad lnguage
Nd never apologize she is vry bad in behaviour

This is arun recently joined in maruthi driving school, after finishing my simulation classes i paid all my fee 4200 after that only they allowed to on road. I am completed my 5 classes reaming 5 classes pending, i am continuously follow-up with team but they are not responding properly they answering negligence here this is matter of treating costumer once paid the amount they are not treating good way carelessly answering and rudely behavior. Worst call coordinator she not responds properly lot of attitude even not respond properly. Can please tack-care all those thing money not matter respect and treating matter understand.
