We chose maruti driving school uttarahalli branch for my son's driving classes going with the reputation and value maruti driving school. Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience from day 1. The team at uttarahalli branch is highly disorganized in their training. The situation training which is the usp of the driving school is a big disappointment and does not serve any purpose. The license support is useless. My son visited the rto for about 3 times waiting for about 3 hours but could not even give the test. I will never recommend this driving school to any of my friends and relatives, and not even for a stranger. It is better to take the classes is a local driving school, and save some money time and energy

I Rahul Dubey have enrolled in motor driving school in paramount wheels Pvt ltd (Miraroad) Mumbai. I have requested the MDS manager to give me training as per my time scheduled. Initially the MDS manager Soni Tiwari had agreed but after admission she refused to adjust the time. I requested her to I adjust the admission amount against my brothers name who is willing to learn the driving as my timings are not been adjusted. But she refused to do the same. When I told her to cancel the admission she refused to do that also. She was very rude and arrogant. If she is a manager then she should know how to talk to a customer.

Now I want to cancel the admission & wants my money back as I Dnt want to enrol in such a company were the managers Dnt knw how to behave & talk to customers.

I request Maruti to look into it & help me in getting my refund amount.

I took admission for my sister in maruthi driving school in trivandrum hercules automobiles jagathy. The first day the class was for 1 hr but the stopped it after 45 minutes (Since payment is based on time.). Is this right? The second day when we where on the way there the employee called and said that the class is postponed because he had to go somewhere. The third day the class was postponed because they couldn't get petrol. (Aug 18, note that i was able to get petrol for own car this day). Today the class was arranged at 8 a. M. I called them a thousand times in two numbers there was no response until 2 minutes ago one the employees responded and said that class will be at 10 am (We have other things to do). When i asked him why they were acting irresponsible he said he didnt know anything about it and said a womens name and said she was responsible. (Whom i called a 100 times and didnt even have the decency to respond). I trusted maruthi but as it seem they are the worst driving school. Its a shame that these employees are runing the name of maruthi for us. They said they would provide a discount if the payment was made in full the first time and now we cant don anything. Getting the payment together seems like a trap for not taking classes.

Your driving school is the worst! They teach good. But booking classes is very bad. I wanted to complete my classes in a period of time which was sufficient for 10 classes. But i had to cancel one class on a particular day and they cancelled all my remaining classes. Now, due to the stupid reasons of your driving school i'll not be able to get my license in time before i leave for my studies!

Hii, am rahul here i want to describe to you am learning driving from maruti suzuki driving school jaycee motors, amritsar. Ttheir cars are not in good working condition. Sometimes cars meters is not working and sometimes cars don't start then i have to change my schedule, but (Today) when i was driving the car then at once car create a different sound when we stopped the car and i checked car tyre is puncture when car mechanic checked the tyler then he told to me you were so lucky you were driving the car slowly. Bcz car tyre was cut bcz tyer was soo much old. If i die then who was responsible. But there is one good thing staff are good.

Today 30/06/18 around 9:30pm at house number c239, gamma 1, greater noida, driver of maruti driving school took his zen estilo, white from h. No. C239 to c212 of gamma 1, around 100 metres on reverse gear, when i stopped him and asked why he is driving in very unsafe way then he said, 'hum to nu hi chalaen hain, kon back kare' he was about to hit me and my mother. When i asked his name then he said pradeep.

I am vijay kandhare, from pune. I completed driving training at your dhankawadi branch office. I got very poor response also very poor timing management, coordination, dl test help in that office. But training instructor is very well.
I request you please update all points i suggested so that customer will happy with my car. Also yesterday i goes for test.in that time your supervisor call me again and again. This is not fear.

I regret to inform you that inspite of regular follow up with m/s swani motors pvt. Ltd., 81, court road, amritsar-143001, are not providing me the coaching for car driving. I have joined maruti suzuki car drving school on 16/03/2018, receipt no: md/1029, customer id:[protected] and submitted the payment for rs.4, 000 to learn car driving. However after few days of classroom training and tarining on machines, i have been provided just 2 days of practical coaching. At the time of joining the course i have clearly menioned the school representative ms. Mehak annd ms. Neha that i would like to have practical training only on maruti ritz (As i own the same), for which they agreed upon, but after 2 days of coaching they are not providing me any coaching. I am in regular follow up whith the school from last 2 months, but every time they make new excuses and inform me that their ritz is not in a right condition and give me the assurance to give the coaching next week every time, but nothing been materialize till date and keep on haraasing me. On saturday, june 23, 2018 ms. Mehak informed me that they will return me partial payment as per her discussion with some lady who is the daughter of the owner. I even advised her that if possible she ask some other franchise in amritsar to provide me the training but she clearly denied. Then i have asked her to return my full payment as i have to pay the other maruti school the full payment and more than that they kept me waiting for 3 months to give coaching and more importantly its more of harrasment as i have given them more than 100 of calls. Even around 1 month back 1 day she made me call her atleast 20-30 times as every time she told me to call her after some time. Its an total unprofessional behaviour from the school franchise as of which i have suffered from last 3 months and inspite of givig them the full payment on the very 1st day, i am been treated like beggers as they are doing some favour to me. More importantly they are bringing bad name to the goodwill of the organization for the company in the country like india wher for 90% of the car owners first car is maruti which happens with me also. I have registered the complaint on customer care number also on saturday (Complaint no.: [protected]), and expecting the prompt response and solution to my problem. Lastly, i still request rather than money back, i am more interested to learn car driving as my ritz which i bought 4 months back is just standing at my home like a furniture. Looking forward.

This is regarding maruti driving school being run by fortpoint in thane, maharashtra.
Please note below points

Staff sayali is rude & unprofessional. Receptionist is extremely rude & needs soft skills training.
Trainer mayur was casual in his approach, did not go in a scheduled manner.
I was not shown vehicle parts/functions, engine etc.
I was also not explicitly told how to hold steering, correct way to access horn etc,
Which i believe is a major factor to ensure safe driving behavior.
Trainer was also casual in his way of talking and did not reflect maruti code of conduct.
Today receptionist called me & inquired about the balance payment
I had registered by paying half fee & had forgotten thereafter
Please note no follow up was made in between.
Her way of talking was accusatory & totally out of line.

The gist is, i am unhappy with my experience with your driving school & wondering how is it better from a local driving school, who also charge less.

I joined maruti driving school on 29th may 2018. After initial payment i was informed to get llr first as per rules and that's absolutely fine. The manager who took 1hour of theory about llr test was very rude and not a bit humble. I had nails on my hand and this is ramzan month and i'm not suppose to take it off, that i don't need to explain to him but he commented on me badly as this advice is usually given to only girls.

I decided to skip his lessons and take llr on my own. He then said it's my wish to get the llr any where i can rudely. He will start the driving class once i get it. It took 2 weeks for me to apply leave on my office and went to my home town and get it which i informed him already and he said ok.

I called him today and he was very lethargic, asked me to wait for 10 days for the next slot. It's not just me there are many he needs to teach. This is obviously annoying. I work in it and i can not keep my office timing changing. I need the classes to be started soon. I thought maruti should be very genuine and customer friendly but end up with bad experience.

Please have some kind person as manager. If this is not taken care in priority i will definitely escalate at the highest level.

The instructor at maruthi driving school, kalyani motors, mysore road bangalore, is very rude and is eager to find faults than to appreciate the driving. His behaviour is affecting me mentally and is not helping me learn.
Doesn't say that we are going to park next to the left wall but simply asks to take a full left turn. Obviously, i will be scared to turn full left as i might hit the wall and he scolds cos i didn't turn. And if i turn he scolds for turning too much. Prompting about what we are going to d would be more helpful. Asks to take a left turn even if a vehicle is there. If i don't, he scolds and even if i do he'll scold. I remain scared to drive and helpless for the entire one hour. He also taunts a lot which is very hurtful. I'm extremely disappointed with the kind of service that is provided. If possible, please do the needful so that it doesn't affect others as well like how it has affected me.

I joined maruti drivig school in nalgonda. I have completed the simulator classes and now trainer is not coming regurarly and he is using the car for family purposes. Yesterday he took me to his home and i waited 30 minutes infront of his home. After waiting so long he came to me and said to go home in auto. Local driving schools are better atleast they will be punctual and be in time.

This is oyndabee banerjee from bangalore. Me and my husband debasis bhattacharjee joined at maruti driving school mahadevpura. Our trainer was harshit. We are not satisfied with the training. The trainer was unprofessional. He forced us to take extra classes just for snaching money.
While scheduling dl test we were harassed by mds people. On 17th april sindhu from mds called us over phone and said they were going to schedule the test on 17th may. Suddenly on 2nd may she called again and said that our test was on 3rd may. As we are in kolkata so requested her to schedule it on 17th may and accordingly we booked our flight tickets on 13th may. On 4th may she called again and said that due to election purpose rto office will remain close on 17th may. So she scheduled it on 24th may and she added that 27th our ll will expire before that 24th was the last date.
24th may is a working day and i have some training programme in my school and very difficult to take leave.in spite of that when i asked her what would happen if i couldn't clear the dl test on 24th may, as that was the last date, very casually she said that i have to give ll again. It is embarrassing, frustrating and just waste of money and time.
So request mds team to pay attention on this and provide proper training before dl test.

I joined driving classes at maruti driving school, whitefield, bangalore. I am an office goer and married so i have to manage home before going to office. I manage time in the morning for practical classes. I talked to the schedule planner and he called me for practical classes today morning (26.04.2018). When i went they said it is a simulator class. I can come in the evening for simulator class after 6.30 pm but for practical classes they are not available in the evening so i take the classes in the morning. They are simply harassing me.

I am from thrissur and have complaint against MDS staff here.The staff of maruti popular driving school, peringavu, thiruvambadi p.o, thrissur need more training to behave cordially with its clients. Very poor customer grievance redressal service. I had joined the school for a refresher course of 6days for a hectic fees of rs 5000. They failed to notice that the car had a near empty tank on the 1st day of my road class and so they had promised me an extra road class . But then towards the end of the course they tried to change it into a simulator class and i had to bring up a heated argument with them to get my rightful demand processed. Instructors defnitely need to learn politeness and refrain from passing demeaning comments during the classes.And to my surprise all the other staff too at the school don't even mind making faces and passing sarcastic comments in front of the client showing least respect. The school totally fails to keep up the promises that they make in their ads.
Didn't expect such careless and callous behavior from one of your schools.

Hello, this is neha from panipat.. I joined maruti car driving school in panipat but the manager sunil & trainer ajay were both unprofessional.. Trainer use to scold with bad words during training.. Manager was unsupportive too... They diddnt let us complete our practicals... I would rather had prefferd local car driving school as atleast they are loyal on their words

I punam gandhi from karnal (Haryana) have got training from maruti car driving school (Karnal centre). I am not satisfied with the car training service they have provided me as it's not up to the mark. The driver who guided me was not alert and he was using cell phone also during practical class. I had heard good things about the services of maruti driving school before joining the class but very disappointed after this. I have called the manager twice but he hasn't responded properly. After 20 days of the classes i haven't learnt even the basics of driving.

So request you to please pay attention on this request and provide the proper training as soon as possible.

Mds had played/have been playing the role as the teacher who gave confidence to most of the 4-wheeler drivers, this includes my parents as well.

Keeping the same spirit in mind, i had also suggested my wife to learn car driving with the help of mds, which is located in bangalore.

Unfortunately, now it has turned upside down. Its been months and my wife had went through only theoretical classes but not the practical driving classes. We have been continuously reminding the mds guys regarding the same and asking for practical classes, but they are not at all reaching us.

Every-time we remind them, they will say that my wife will have class on next day morning and will confirm us in the evening. But coming to ground reality, that was just a cooked up story. The story goes like this, we will wait until late evening and we will call them, then they will say that they were sorry and will confirm the class on next day and will confirm by next day evening and the story goes in circles.

Now we are frustrated and lost trust on mds. We demand a serious action on our situation.

Trusting mds, we had made the full payment on the day 1 when we joined. We did not except this scenario to happen. We are deeply hurt and you lost our trust.

My son karan happa completed 21 days cart driving course from mds akhnoor road jammu from 16th august 2017 to 8th of september 2017. Despite a lapse of more than four months and despite my repeated requests to the concerned, the driving certificate is still pending. Will you please look into the matter and ensure that i get the requisite certificate without any further delay so that i am not compelled to bring it into the notice of higher ups. Thanks. Branch is near ayyapa temple banaswadi. I have enrolled for driving class in december 2016. They had conducted initial theory class and said they will call back. After repeated follow up, they said they would send sms which i never received.in month of march, they said rto fees are increased hence no classes can be conducted until month end. Again none from mgmt followed up on class. After repeated follow ups, yelling at them, threat to pull outof class finally they conducted classes from july 2017, after 6 months. Now they are saying i have to pay extra because of thier mistake of conducting classes lately, unprofessional behaviour and revise in fees. I would never recommend this driving school to
O a friend as its expensive, unprofessional behaviour.
