Management is really pathetic . I had choosen Ritz. But drive it only once rest of the time they gave alto, celerio(very bad condition ) because they do not have ritz. One instructor (dev) he laterally shouts never taught. instead of 1 hour he finishes in 30 min. When i asked he just shout and told of course it is finished just go home(in simple word get lost). When i ask any driving related doubt he just shout and laterally scold instead of advincing . he was such a frustrated, rude, stupid person . the way he was talking with me it is really pathetic. Forget about instruction he just scold I felt to slap this guy .but stopped myself because i do not want to create any drama .other two instructors were good . Finally they have not given driving report as well which they are claiming in beginning . if someone from Maruti driving management reading my feedback then my humble request to immediately fire dev from bimal driving school . it is not driving school it is like giving 5000 rs and get harashed . he is the guy because of whom people will never recommend Maruti driving school next time. Like I will not recommend anyone to choose bimal Maruti driving school because of dev's pathetic behaviour

I never expected this kind of service from maruti Driving school himayatnagar, Hyderabad. The trainer use to skip 20-30 mins daily in my classes which are on road and they say that they will give full one hour training to one person.Trainer use to get his collegue almost 3-4 days in my on road classes and will talk to him instead of training me. Thank you so much for such a worst training

I should have done this earlier but anyways. I had enrolled in Himayat Nagar (Hyderabad) Maruti Driving School in April 2015. The only reason I joined Maruti Driving school is because of its theory and practical classes. But, I didn't like the way simulation classes were conducted by the manager Kiran Kumar, he would try to wrap up the class in 15-20 minutes instead of 30 minutes. He would not allow me to practice the various modules, instead he would put the same programme everyday. He is pathetic at scheduling theory and simulator classes.

His behaviour has been highly unprofessional throughout the 20 days during which I completed my theory, simulation and practical classes. As I was out of city for couple of months and could not get my permanent license, I went to the Maruti office in December 2015 for some guidance, he behaved in an extremely rude manner. He is uncivilized and has no integrity.

Employees like him create a bad reputation for the organization. Please take necessary action against him.

I have enrolled for MDS driving class in June 2015. After demonstration it look almost a month to get Simulator slot. In Simulator session, instructor was more interested in Mobile operations rather than on my driving. It took another 3 weeks to get on road driving class. Instructor never reached on-time for the sessions. While driving his more interested to discuss his personal matter rather than on my driving. For every session expect a call from me to ask to reach the place in time.. MDS... you have to react this forum.. to your online branding alive... Thank you for giving worst driving learning experience...

I was enrolled in Maruti Driving school sector-9 Chandigarh in month of May but my classes are still pending. I contacted the concerned person many times but no response. they say they dont have sufficient manpower. Every time they keep on postponing it to next week. now they have stopped answering my calls. I paid a visit at their centre they ensured they will complete my remaining classes this week but no response.

Hi, I have enrolled in Gachibowli Maruti Driving School on 5th July.(Hyderabad ) I have completed my theory and simulation classes. But then when the practical sessions are about to start they started creating problems. Especially the manager Naveen is an unprofessional employee. He does not know how to talk with a customer. He is a very Lazy guy who does not want to perform his day to day activities. Please take necessary action against him.

I have taken an advanced course from maruti driving school in j p nagar next to mandovi motors in bangalore on 13th June 2015. The person named Naveen is a big cheat and fraud as he forced us to get registered and pay full money on the date of enrollment and promised to give continous classes. It is more than i and half months and I have done only 2 classes that too they do practical sessions of around 45 to 50 mins and call it as 1 hour session. These are the people who bring shame to companies like maruti. they have no value to customer needs and the only thing that interests them is the money of the customer. I need my money back as refund or they should give me the remaining classes as per my convenience

I had a good image about MDS mycar but now I say people hell is better then MYcar MDS. I deposited the advance to learn driving on 13th may 2015. Receipt NO . 030 Amount -1000.00 till date i have not received any information nor i get answers when i go to MYCAR MDS. there is no one to attend us, no answers, no refunding the money, NO response, NO shame, No sorry, Nothing. this is the worst experience i have ever in my life with such a esteemed name company. i want a response soon . i will soon register consumer complaint about the same and this will make reputation the comapany. thank you a depressed customer .

Hello...i.joined maruti driving school dwarka.sec-5, new delhi...on 17th june, 2015 ...the management has been very unprofessional especially manager and senior persons. I had to call them.again.and again so.that i.can.get the driving.classes.Now.my practical.on road classes have been.over.Iam not feeling confident.So i requested them.to.schedule an.extra class.but.they.simply.denied by saying you.have to.pay 500 rupees. Maruti is.a.big brand but.the.management.is.very.greedy and.they.do.not support.the.customers. I will escalate it.higher authorities.

I am Abhijit Deshmukh. I joined Maruti Driving School in Nashik (MIDC, Satpur). After completion of my course and issuing my Learning License, the MDS agent has started avoiding to give back my Learning License form which is mandatory for permanent license. He want it to be done through him only by paying extra money. Concern people don't respond.

I joined the school in Villivakkam, Chennai after going through the website and reading good reviews about the driving taught here. I already have a driving licence and since I didn't practise for the last 4years I thought this school will give me hands on experience in driving. I joined in April for the advanced course and paid 4000. The person there told me that I could do the simulator later on and he would teach me on road from Day 1. I was very excited as he gave me hopes of driving my car myself in just 4 days. I completed the course and thought that though i am not a great driver I could drive with the help of some one beside me for support for 1-2days. This is what the instructor also told me. But I was shocked when I took my car the next day after I completed the course. Luckily I had my friend with me because I didnt have basic steering control also. I couldn't drive myself even for a small distance and that too not on a main road. Thankfully I didnt go in the traffic. But the irony is that I drove during my sessions on very busy roads, full of traffic congestion and even on 5th gear. The conclusion is that the instructor was controlling the vehicle completely giving me the illusion that I am driving the vehicle. But this could have been the scenario if I had joined some local driving school at a much lesser price. Why should I opt for so-called reputed schools like this. I would like to know what Maruti Driving School would do to solve my issue. Will they return my money or will they just come up with well- thought of great excuses?? I would like to see that!

This is Priyanshi Rastogi. I had joined MDS with my cousin. We were told about the 10kms drive for 10 days which would take about an hour. When we started the drive after completing the basic drive of 1 day the very next day we were told that due to the non availability of cars we both can share the same car for the drive or else one drive would be cancelled. From that day onwards we are having drive on a single car. This was not a problem for us as we also wanted to stay together. The problem is that we had a drive with only 10km limit. There was no time duration of one hour for each individual. The moment we completed the 10 km drive the next one waiting was given the driving seat. Thus we were able to drive the car for about half an hour instead of a complete one. This has effected our driving skills. If this is the standard of MDS who cheat on customers this way then I am afraid they would not be able to produce good and responsible drivers. A big company with no sufficient amount of cars and just focusing on minting money from the customers this way would not be able to succeed in this competitive scenario. Though theory and simulation is important but the practical is the very important part of the drive. Even after completing my 8 days of drive on road I am not satisfied. After completing my 10 days I need to hire someone who would really bother to improve my driving skills on road and do not think about completing the stipulated duration of time or kms target in hurry so that next candidate could be accommodated and money could be minted. This act of mine would definitely act as a slap to the company who being such a renowned brand cheat on customers this way.

Even I'm facing the same sort of problem at KTL Maruti Driving School, Kanpur, that too within 5 days of simulator training. The instructor Harpal is an ill mannered guy with no professional way of training or talking to customer. The guy doesn't even care to teach and keeps shouting at my dad who due to age has low reflexes. Even the rest of the staff there is ill mannered and argues in the same way for the trainer. After critcising them for this, now these guys are not providing slot for the practical sessions and shout on phone, at the end telling they'll inform us for the slot but never call. Maruti Driving School must be ashamed for this as it beats the whole purpose of their training school and its really appalling to the customers who pay such a huge amount. I would urge higher authorities to look into the matter and be compassionate. Thanks Sanjay Moorjani.

Last week, I decided to undergo Learning Driving Course from Maruti Driving School (Krish Automotors Pvt. Ltd.). They promised to provide me the class in odd hours as i am working and 2.5 Hours Simulator Class. I have paid the whole fee before taking the 1st class. But, after completing 4 Days theory classes, now they are telling me that Simulator is not working so we will give you extra hours of Car Driving, so you skip simulator session. I feel getting Simulator class before driving the car, will give me more confidence and more understanding of driving the car. This was the main reason, why i came here to learn driving. And, they are not able to provide me the classes in odd hours. I got cheated, never trust this Driving School.

Respected Sir, I purchased Maruti Car on 03.12.14 from Premier Car World Pvt. Ltd; Kamarhatty, Kolkata. After purchasing, their driving school representative convinced me to take admission for better driving experience. As per contract 22 classes would be covered in 22 days (Saturday & Sunday only). Admission fees Rs. 4500/- was taken before starting the class. I started the class from 06.03.14 (Saturday). Afetr that long discontinuation started. Causes was given, that they are facing internal problem, all driving school instructors left the organisation. I suggested to adjust my missed claases in another day, but they did, t bothered. The class discontinuation was extended as that much level, only 15 classes was completed in haphazard way in 32 Saturday-Sunday (4 months). So, this type of driving have no meaning & it is just wastage of time to me. Atlast on 28.03.15 I took decision to stop my driving class, but it is no matter to Maruti or Maruti Driving School. My trailing mail is a evidence of my communication to every concerned area.

Dear, My name is Gaurav Singh and my Date Of Birth is[protected]. I have joined MARUTI DRIVING SCHOOL, REGENT AUTOLINKS PRIVATE LIMITED, GHAZIABAD on[protected] for learning Car Driving. I have completed my course on September, 2014 but I am not given my Online Test because I have to go some other state for my Business Trip. Also. i told them about this thing. After coming back from my business trip I contacted to MARUTI DRIVING SCHOOL for my Certificate but they denying me that you cannot get this certificate because you are not given your online Test. I request him to please reorganize my online test and told him about my problem that I have to go for my Business Trip that’s why I am not given my Online Test but they totally denied from this thing and hang up the phone. I have tried number of times to MDS they are not responding to me. Also, the staff members are not so professional in there work and behavior. I had face lots of difficulties while I pursuing my course at that place. The manger is very discriminating and also she charged me a sum of RS. 4, 000/- even I am eligible for RS. 1500/- discount because my age is below 25 and I have my Aadhar Card as well. Also, I paid this full amount through my Credit Card of HDFC BANK. I am giving you that details because you can easily track this thing. I was spent my 01:30 hours on a daily basis for up and down for that place becuase of non-availability of any other good institute. I was suffered daily with this thing but i never mind because i am eager to learn Car Driving from MDS. I am unaware of that thing at the time of taking my admission in MARUTI DRIVING SCHOOL. I will never recommend to my friends and relatives to go there and learn driving over there because there behavior and thinking is so cheap. Also, I see many customers at that place, whom they fight on a daily basis because of there mismanagement of classes and misunderstanding among each other. So, I request you to please take some serious action against these peoples because they are not worth to spoil the brand name MARUTI and please arranged for me my ONLINE TEST on some other center of MARUTI DRIVING SCHOOL as soon as possible. -- GAURAV-SINGH MOBILE NUMBER - [protected]

They are real thief's as they just want to grab hard earned money of innocent people. At the time of counselling they gave false commitments for the no. Of days they will teach on road practical and they refused to give the same after the fee is deposited even they refused to give the specific Car which we have opted for before taking admission. The amazing thing is there staff is so ill mannered that they even use abusing language if you...

It has been a horrendous experience getting my daughter to learn driving at Maruti driving at Thane ( W ) in the navnit motors compound. First of all they said it is a one hour training for 10 days . After paying the fees, they brought in a 10 km limit which was not told to us before. When I brought this up with the lady named Chetna, all she could say was we would look into the matter. I was also not happy with the training being imparted . None of these happened, but instead as a retaliation these guys brought down the training duration to half an hour. Further their training was one of most lousy I have ever come across as they never ever taught, as to driving uphill. On reminding them about it they in turn tell us that we should have reminded them. Overall I wasted the money . It is only a money spinning scam and certainly did not expect such unprofessionalism from the brand name MARUTI. I will have to send her to another school, because this has been a total waste. Just avoid !!!

I planned to learn driving in August 2014 end. I have filled form for learning driving in Maruti Driving School, with a request that I want to complete my course in September itself, before Durga puja because i am traveling in October first week. I was promised by Maruti staff that course will be completed and I need not worry. After some of the classes they started delaying things. And today it is 5th October one of my class is pending tomorrow. This is fine. But my learner's licence I am not getting and they said sorry we are not able to process it because of puja. But this was not communicated beforehand, that such problem might come. I want my learner licence before I leave or whenever I return back.

Respected sir, This is suresh kumar from visakhapatnam. I joined in your driving school siripuram, visakhapatnam . At the time of joining your staff said course will be completed in 21 days. But now after completing theory classes they are asking to wait for 1 week for stimulator practice. And they are not able to say when they will start practice on car. simply they are saying we will inform you latter. Idont know when they will complete the course. please take necessary action and save your brand image. even after having so many options i joined in your school because of brand image. thanking you, SURESH KUMAR
