Maruti Driving School — no coaching been provided even after 3 months of regular follow up (complaint no.: [protected]).

Dear sir/madam,

I regret to inform you that inspite of regular follow up with m/s swani motors pvt. Ltd., 81, court road, amritsar-143001, are not providing me the coaching for car driving. I have joined maruti suzuki car drving school on 16/03/2018, receipt no: md/1029, customer id:[protected] and submitted the payment for rs.4, 000 to learn car driving. However after few days of classroom training and tarining on machines, i have been provided just 2 days of practical coaching. At the time of joining the course i have clearly menioned the school representative ms. Mehak annd ms. Neha that i would like to have practical training only on maruti ritz (As i own the same), for which they agreed upon, but after 2 days of coaching they are not providing me any coaching. I am in regular follow up whith the school from last 2 months, but every time they make new excuses and inform me that their ritz is not in a right condition and give me the assurance to give the coaching next week every time, but nothing been materialize till date and keep on haraasing me. On saturday, june 23, 2018 ms. Mehak informed me that they will return me partial payment as per her discussion with some lady who is the daughter of the owner. I even advised her that if possible she ask some other franchise in amritsar to provide me the training but she clearly denied. Then i have asked her to return my full payment as i have to pay the other maruti school the full payment and more than that they kept me waiting for 3 months to give coaching and more importantly its more of harrasment as i have given them more than 100 of calls. Even around 1 month back 1 day she made me call her atleast 20-30 times as every time she told me to call her after some time. Its an total unprofessional behaviour from the school franchise as of which i have suffered from last 3 months and inspite of givig them the full payment on the very 1st day, i am been treated like beggers as they are doing some favour to me. More importantly they are bringing bad name to the goodwill of the organization for the company in the country like india wher for 90% of the car owners first car is maruti which happens with me also. I have registered the complaint on customer care number also on saturday (Complaint no.: [protected]), and expecting the prompt response and solution to my problem. Lastly, i still request rather than money back, i am more interested to learn car driving as my ritz which i bought 4 months back is just standing at my home like a furniture. Looking forward.
