      Sir,
      I am a surveyor/loss assessor stationed at Gangtok, Sikkim.

      It is seen that the surveyor for the inspection of New India Maruti Insurance accidental vehicle comes from Siliguri, Bengal, the neighboring state.

      This will not only increase the expense of the company as they charge for to and from that is 120km one side but also there is a delay in survey and hampering the service to the customer.

      It will be highly appreciate if the id and password is provided to me to get the job of accidental vehicle of New India maruti vehicle.

        Dear sir,

        Good day'

        During the time of flood in kerala last month unfortunately my car also get affects
        Already shifted the vehicle to popular motors at chavittuvari, kottayam, kerala with another vehicle towed with out started the engine, i paid 4500 from my location to the said service station

        They already completed the insurance survey and added the vehicle in classification of ""b""

        Since long time i been stick with your insurance also there is no claims till now with the said vehicle total 55000 km till date

        Unfortunately i get very sad with the claim survey as they coat very low amount coverage and i needs to paid more than 1 lkh for the settlement amount

        I humbly requesting you for the reason for the above matter

            Dear sir,
            My name is nadeem akhter i have wagon r vxi. I wanted to renew my car insurance, then i call to mr. Manish and ask amount. He told me amount. Then i ask for discount, then he said iwe cant give u discount but we will give u coupon booklet then i said i want perfume also,.. Then he told me i have to ask my manager mr, anurag bajpayi, after some time he call me,, ok no problem i will give u. Then he process my renewal. After 3 4 days that when i ask my insurance copy and gift (Booklet and perfume) then he told me-booklet is not here it will come form hardoi but perfume we cant give u.
            Then i call to mr. Anurag bajpayi he said we cant give u then i ask him why manish told me bfore.. If he told me before then ok..
            On 11/09/2018 i call to mr anurag bajpayi for my gift,, he was telling me

                  This is in regards to my claim settlement under zero depriciation policy by hdfc ergo for my car on name of my wife in month of november 2017. I got an accident due to road pits while travelling from dehradun to saharanpur and my car got disbalanced so rt side got damaged due to partial collapsing with rt side overtaking bolero taxi, in whole incidence my right side of car along with driver side door rear door, front bumper back bumper back tail lights and reverse parking sensor, fendor, rear view mirror, rear reflector got damaged now survey was done and surveyor was saying they only settelment my claim for my rear bumper, rear view mirror and right side dent paint back door back panel only. Approved only (New - rear bumper, rh svm only indicator light) & (D/p - rh rear door & rh quater panel only) not ready to settelment claim for rear tail light rear reflactor rear parking sensor front door and and front quarter panel
                  All this going to cost me a lot inspite of having zero depriciation policy
                  Surveyor is not ready to hear anything and saying me to go were ever i want with my complaint in this regard and my this claim also got cancelled if i further intervene and i am unable to file any settelment in future too. If indian roads are damaged why should i pay for that. If surveyer had any doubt then he should go and do road survey also with his team?

                  Please note I had purchased this policy from maruti insurance and I really fed up even after filing grievance my allowable part list shortlisted and tail light and rv rt side indicator will now be disallowed attachable file contain maruti dealer whatsapp msg with allowable part dated 27 sep but now final allowable part include back bumper change and back panel pain back door paint rt side with no reply to any of my massage accurately this is what maruti did buy selling me insurance of such a customer unfriendly and arrogant company

                    I Sanghamitra Das, am a customer of Maruti True Value.
                    I have purchased a Maruti Alto 800 VXI car with registration number MH02 DZ 1892, from True Value - SK Wheels - Maruti Suzuki Authorized Dealer, Turve, Navi Mumbai.

                    Every year, I renew my insurance from Maruti insurance desk of SK Wheels itself.
                    This is only because of my trust on your brand and with expectation of smooth services.( otherwise I could have bought insurance from outside, which could cost me far less than what you are charging me).
                    This year I have payed amount of Rs. 8591 on 19th June 2018 to SK Wheels representative Vinty (Mobile number [protected]) . Invoice number for the payment is INV[protected].
                    Post which I was issued insurance of BAJAJ Allianz GIC LTD.

                    Policy number :- OG[protected]-00010184.
                    Issue date :-25th June 2018.
                    Attaching the photocopy.

                    On 30th Sep 2018, My car was sent to Automotive Manufacturers Dombivali (body shop of Auto Motive Maruti Suzuki Dealer) for some repair work.
                    They initiated the claim. Once the insurance surveyor came, we come to know that SK wheels did not pay for my insurance to BAJAJ Allianz. Hence my insurance will not cover my repair works.

                    Now since one week, every day, I am following up with SK Wheels insurance desk. Initially they accepted that they did not pay the money because of financial problems, and now they are just harassing me. Also no one is providing me a replacement car, hence I have to spend around Rs. 1500 per day to commute around.

                    Why I am being harassed this way when I have made the timely payment to you.

                    I am a Cancer patient, and have gone through a big surgery recently. This irresponsible behavior from Maruti has cost me enough inconvenience already.
                    Kindly resolve your internal issues and repair my car on priority. Till the time arrange for a replacement car for me.

                      Maruti insurance — car insurance claim complaint
                      My car got flooded on 15 aug 2018. My maruti policy no: is[protected] (New india). I submitted the claim on 20th aug 2018 and the claim number is claim no:-[protected]. After 45 days, neither maruti nor new india is providing the claim report or the certificate. Maruti is not owning any responsibility to settle the claim. So, no benefit in taking maruti insurance. We should only take direct insurance from providers like new india or oriental or national etc.
                      So, never take maruti insurance. Delay is happening due to the following
                      1. Claim submitted to sai service, pathadipalam and unnecessary delay by sai service, pathadipalam to submit the required documents to new india. Maruti is not owning any responsibility for the 23 days delay in submitting the documents.
                      2. New india insurance is creating unnecessary delay in providing the claim report/certificate as the same needs to be reviewed by a mumbai based new india insurance agent. If it was a stright new india insurance then this process can be completed locally at ernakulam. The mumbai new india review is needed as all the maruti insurance is dealt by a mumbai team of the new india insurance.
                      3. Neither maruti nor new india do not take any ownership to solve the delay problem. They will blame each other. Till the insurance taking, we only know about maruti but after some time if an issue comes then maruti agent will ask us to contact new india and vice versa.

                      The claim is intimated on 23 aug 2018 and 45 days is lapsed. The surveyor has not yet provided the report yet.

                        I bought an insurance policy online through maruti insurance web portal on 02/09/2018 against my vehicle mp09cq4376. Message from insurer promised delivery of policy document in hard copy within 7-10days. Till date no policy document received. I presume that cost of print /despatch is included in total cost of premium paid by me. Therefore, any cost charged without a consideration is clearly "deficiency in service" and punishable. Hoping a just action will be taken against arrogantly defaulter insurance company.

                          The employe deputed at car insurance claim counter does't behave properly with the custmor, firstly he does'nt sit on his seat, custmor wait their for a long time then he comes to his seat with a lot of burden on his soulders, then he fly the forms towards the cuatmor without saying a word and without any gauidence my self is a govt employ, this person behaved like a begger with me, if their is any provision of cancelling insurance policy of car please help, i will never visit again to you for any work related to my vehicle and i will not purchase maruti car in future

                            My car was submitted for service to simran motors, new panvel. I was given back car without front grill chrome replacement with reason that they don't have chrome parts available. The person gave me in writing that it will be replaced immediately as soon as it made available.
                            I was been told within a week it will be done. But its two months complete, i am still struggling to complete that and no any response from them.

                              Dropped my subjected vehicle at “maruti” - vishnu car-service station for repair with insurance claim – guduvanchery, chennai on 12/09/18.
                              Got a message to my mobile no [protected] that, appointed a surveyor mr. S jothi ([protected]) on 16/09/18. And for further detail i can contact them.
                              Received a information from said service station that the claim is not approved as requested, and i have to do with my own.
                              To get clarified, i called to no : [protected] did not picked-up at multiple attempt?, no response to the message was sent?
                              Having continuity in policy (Mop 5018182), should customer not be taken care at right sprit?
                              Request your valuable support on subject.
                              My vehicle locked at service station for approval – 9 days. (Daily i am spending rs.1200/- for taxi)

                                Dear sir i booked insurance against vehicle no hr26bt4184 on dated 13aug 18 i completed all formalities with otp but i couldn't got so i call at compitent near hero company on 10th sep my policy expires on 12sep. Again janvi ji told that tell otp i messaged the same day she tolde it will reach tomorrow but till now i not rcd when i call today 20 sep she telling dispatched when i asked details then she told it not made. She asked me wait up to 5 pm but till 12 pm i am enable to get.
                                So tell why should i take from company insurance. I should go outer source next time. It is very very poor service from your side

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I regert to inform regarding my father's vehicle alto lxi 2008 kl 26 6677 has been affected by flood at the height of head light level and given to indus workshop kareelakulangara on 22.08.18. This vehicle is in maruti insurance coverage and at present no action has been taken to repair the vehicle. As it is the vehicle keeping in yard for a long time will spoil & corrode the vehicle parts due to the irresponsible delay for the repair. Maruti is always caring & supporting the customers but from the dealer activity and irresponsible delay is very much distressed to the product.in my entire family we are using 6 maruti brand vehicles.
                                  My father visited the workshop more than 10 times and they were unable to describe the work status. As a senior citizen (69 years old) need to give minimum priority for his vehicle. He owned 2 vehicles from maruti insurance.

                                  The vehicle purchased from indus true value at a cost of 2 lakhs and they quoted the idv for 60 thousand ruppes it means what???... Actually it is less than the market value and not even met 50% of the present market value of the vehicle. The customer is not aware of this and it is disloyal by the maruti insurance & indus motors. I hope indus is trying to make a money target from the flood affected vehicles. Since the responsibilty of this vehicle insurance by indus motors team. We require the vehicle repaired with in the insurance coverage with out further delay.
                                  As per the above information i request maruti insurance kind intervention for resolving this matter.

                                    Policy running from last five year. All years primiume paid by cheque.
                                    Last four years continue taken "no claim bonus". Means not claim since last four years.

                                    From last five years icici lombard gen. Insu.co. Ltd. Taking only primiume and now at the time of claim, surveyer said that "this is not full covered".
                                    I have put my vehicle for insurance claim settlement for below parts:
                                    - front bumper
                                    - front light (Driver side)
                                    - front fender (Driver side)
                                    - rear bumper

                                    Surveyer said that "rear bumper will not covered under insurance because that was old damaged"
                                    But, actually it was not old damage. All parts are damaged at same time.

                                    I want full cover under insurance because i have taken zero dep policy.
                                    I have paid full primiume.
                                    I have paid full primiume for last five years.
                                    I have taken four time no claim bounus, means no claim for last four years.

                                    If insurance company will not paid for full claim then return me my premium which i have paid from last five years. Approx 1, 50, 000/-

                                    If not cover full claim, so why you charge full premium?

                                    I have trust till now that's why i have taken policy from maruti insurance.
                                    But, now onward if not cover under full claim settlement the you loose your customer for sure.

                                    Worst insurance service experience in this insurance company.

                                    My car has got damaged dated:[protected]. I have given it for service and body workshop work with maruti services center. The next day, dealer called me and said they can only process the claim for some parts of damage and not for other one.
                                    You have to pay 50% for rear bumper. I have zero dep policy with icici lombard gen. Insu.co. Ltd. So, i want full claim settlement.
                                    Because, at the time of premium i have paid full premium.

                                    Dear, insurance company please return me my premium. Else process full claim settlement. Otherwise i will go for consumer court.

                                    I am sorry to say that you are not providing customer satisfaction service as my car is insured from maruti insurance and service center.

                                    What benefit from maruti insurance? This kind problem facing benefit?

                                    Still, hope for best insurance service.

                                      I have renewed my insurance policy of my vehicle up 16 bh 7769 on 27th august 2018 and i was told to received my hard copy within 8-10 working day but not received yet. I have tried customer care number number of times but no response. I am not having hard copy of insurance and if i have been fined by rto then who will indemnify me??
                                      Really pathetic service from maruti insurance.
