Sir, i have taken a package policy for my scooter suzuki-burgman street, on 24th july 2018 from 'auto zone international pvt. Ltd", new delhi-110020.
I have been promised that my policy paper will reach to me by post on my registered address, but till now i have not received any papers from you either by post or through my email.
Can you provide a copy of my full insurance to my email or by post duly sealed and in an authenticated way?

      I had deposited premium amounts of rs.6179/- & rs.6649/- respectively for insurance renewal of my maruti cars regn. No. "rj14cz8150" & "as01mb4135" online through net banking to maruti insurance on 09.08.2018. But till date i have not received the policy documents while the old insurance policies have already expired. Since as per rule original documents are to be kept in the vehicle so who will be responsible now for becoming defaulter? In view of such poor service from maruti insurance it seems that they are not reliable & trustworthy for taking car insurance policies

          I filed mi claim at auth. Maruti service station. Smart wheels pvt ltd gorakhpur against maruti iinsurance no.3001/mi[protected]/00/000 for my car jh02 an 1763 after minor accident. Front glass and rear bumfer damaged due to hit by motorcycle on muddy road. But they r accepting claim of front glass. I request to advise them for acceptance of bumfer too.             I have purchased car from kp automotives jaipur, i will advise not to trust this dealer.

            I asked them to provide me insurance for this year and suggested two of my friends for the same.in return they have provided me insurance from some xyz company which i dont think can reach my expectations level.

            I tried reaching each of the escalation point and in return i only got disheartening response.

            Also now they are not picking up the call and i am still waiting for hard copy and response from them

            I would like to mention the names here bajrang kumawat and his manager also.

              Hi,
              I have paid insurance premium 3 weeks before through services. Popularmaruti.com which has been sent by service center ernakulam kerala. But i haven't got already a soft copy till this time. My insurance expired yesterday (18th august). How can i use my vehicle now. This is not fair as they always call 24hrs a day for renewing policy. But don't have any responsibility after getting payment.

                On behalf of my sister preeti b walvekar (Omni car), i writing this. I had faced worst experience from the insurance company. As our vehicle accessories are theft and we are having police first instigation report with us. But i should not get my claim. When i approached the relevant person he has told me that you should have pay rs.2700/- for the car accessory and company will pay rs.1800/-. If i should have to pay the amount what is for making insurance, it is hopeless thing and waste of insurance premium.

                  I have received a renewal notice for motor insurance of swift d'zire, which i used to own. The car ownership has been transferred to mr. Prashant narvekar on 15 may, 2015. The details of the same are given below.

                  Vehicle sold on: 15/05/2015
                  Vehicle delivery date: 15/05/2015
                  Noc for transfer of vehicle issued by rto thane dated 12/08/2015

                  Last year, we raised the issue with maruti insurance broking pvt. Ltd (Irdai licence no: 428), the intermediary in this case and they ignored the complaint and let mr. Narvekar renew the policy. Insurance is issued by icici lombard general insurance company.

                  I wish they will not let mr. Narvekar to renew the policy in my name.

                    R/sir. My car mh-20-cs-2810 meet with an accident on 18-6-18 and given for repair to automotive co. At aurangabad. The insurance surveyor behind back done surevy. The vehicle started repair. But doors of right side is bend scratched did not repair and painted. Since slow work is going for one and half month. The other insurance company could survey and repair vehicle with eight days. So action against required. I also resrve right to file consumer complaint. Yet delivery of vehicle isn't taken. So take action immediately. Thank you.

                        I have taken insurance from maruti insurance for my car and they have taken policy through Royal Sundram General Insurance Co.Limited for zero debt policy as renewal for my ciaz car no GJ01RN-9976 as renewal . The policy no MOP7481611 dtd 25.01.2018 at Ahmedabad.

                        Recently at my society the car was parked in my parking area and some body was learning has dashed my car and my car was badly damaged and i have send for repairs under insurance coverage at Kiran Motors Ahmedabad at sola Ahmedabad work shop on dtd 03.07.2018.

                        The kiran motors has called the surveyor agency of royal sundram and they have attended and repair with zero debt policy with Bill No 046/BR/18005138 dtd 03.07.2018 for Rs 21546.00 and handed over the bill for payment as it is not covered and payment was asked, since i was out of ahmedabad for 10 days and my son has not paid through credit card and i failed to understand why we have being asked for the payment, when the insurance is covered under zero debt do surveyor and insurance company is acting on their will as charging as not covered, when it is under zero debt, what is the use of zero debt insurance when the car should be repaired with deducting minimum one thousand rupees as per the law and why other amount was charged to the innocent customer.

                        The car was damage should be repaired at full insurance and insurance should not act on their own as not covered, do they have specify while taking any insurance that your car will have to bear the other charges by the innocent customer.

                        Kindly look in to the same and refund through cheque the complete amount without any delay as it s tarnishing both the images . The brief details of the said car charges as under with labour charges and much parts used,

                        01. Fender damage left hand side repaired and it is not replaced, what is the benefit of zero debt when it should be replaced with new one, it seems that the surveyor is acting on its will and cheating the innocent customer, there are may such things and charge heftily.

                        02.In ciaz RS rear bumper skirt was damage due to accident than also surveyor has ordered to kiran motors to paint only not replaced resulting in to till this date it is not proper joints to the bumper, because totally skirt locks are damage due to accident and surveyor is acting on it own.

                        03. Quarter outer left hand side panel is damage due to accident it has dent which has not passed by surveyor and we have being forced to pay for such repairs which should be done on it s own.

                        Such false bills is done and surveyor agency will work on its own it will be very difficult to maintain the car and if the car is damage and got accident. so what is the fun of reliability of maruti insurance they are appointing such lethargic insurance company who is cheating the innocent customer.

                        Kindly look in to the same and arrange for the refund at the earliest and penalize the surveyor agency and take a strict action against the faulty insurance company who is cheating the surveyor through faulty survey agency.

                            I had Bought Maruti Zen LX from one of your dealer in Jaipur’ MS. Vipul Motors in June, 2004. Every year I renewed my insurance policy (Insurance policy No –[protected]) Generated from vipul motors.
                            Despite certain discussion held earlier also regarding the renewal policy. This not happening for the first time its being repeated constantly every year. I am writing letter to you as this time once again I am highly disappointed by your dealer service regarding insurance.
                            My car Insurance expired on 1st July 2018 and I had been trying to contact your Executive since two days before the Expiry date. But after continuous calls and messages there was no response from there end.
                            Even though one of your executive Mr. Devendra Sharma called me on 29th June, 2018. And I asked him to collect the policy renewal cheque at 5:30 PM the same day, as I had already told the executive before that nobody would be available at home. But he told me that he will be coming to collect the cheque on 30th June ( Sunday Morning ) but he dint turned up nor he felt any curtsey to respond my calls and messages that I had sent him continuously . Even though I had given call on your Toll Free No to make the payment online but your server was down not working till 10:00pm on 30th June 2018.
                            As your executive told me not to “ Deposit payment till Timer is on, when timer stops u can deposit Your policy amount. ‘’ after that at 10 pm, again I called on your Toll free no, your executive replied me that ‘’ I will not Entertain your policy on my laptop, now it is 10:30 pm .
                            The executive at your Jaipur’ office came on 2nd July 2018, in the evening at 5 pm. Before that he assured me that he will collect the cheque, after so many reminders and calls he came to collect the cheque, but today on 3rd July 2018, I am being informed that that my cheque was rejected due to Expiry of my insurance date .
                            This is, a response being given by esteem organization. To their regular customers.
                            We are investing our hard earn money too. I am a regular Buyer of Maruti, as I have 2 Wagonr at my home already, but I am very disappointed, with your Maruti people service.
                            It’s not customer fault, it is your careless Executive who ignored to collect the cheque on 29th and 30th June 2018.

                            I would Once again request you look into this matter on priority; otherwise people will lose Faith in Maruti.
                            Looking forward for your prompt response.

                                I have renewed my insurance premium of zen estilo (Wb 24r 8629) on[protected] i. E. Prior to the date of lapse of my previous insurance on 2 jan, 2018. A cheque amounting to rs. 5738/- was drawn in favour of bajaj allianz general insurance company ltd. It was done by maruti suzuki authorized dealer (Premier carworld pvt. Ltd.) office at park mansion, 57a, park street, kolkata-700 016. Money receipt was obtained vide r. No. 53958 dated[protected]For the period of[protected] to[protected]. It is an irony of fate that the said certificate of insurance not received by me instead of several phone call to the authorized dealer premier carworld pvt. Ltd. All my efforts gone in vain to pursue the same instead of my busy schedule of work. May i therefore request you to look into the matter at the earliest so that matter can be resolved at this stage itself.

                                  It's been more than a month I renewed car insurance policy at Maruthi show room @ Autonagar, Near Hayathnagar. I haven't received policy copy to mailing address. It's very difficult for me to do a follow-up. Plz take a look

                                    The car is no more financed with HDFC bank, as all the installments have been paid.
                                    Kindly rectify the same within the document of policy in the spaces marked as financer, financed by.
