Dear sir my name benny mullakara register no of my car kl45j8929-policy no[protected] has given cheque of rs 5000/ issued to brd punkunnam thrissur dealer on 16/8/2016 for renewal of my insurance. Several times i enquired with their ho no.[protected]. But till this time i didnt received the certificate. Now half of the month over, they didnt inform me the status also. Now my insurance validity expaired. I want your help as soon as earlier. My vehicle inside gaurage now. Kindly do something immediately

    I have booked my vehicle on 25/08/16 for both bumper replacement (Insured under Full body insurance). But on 29/08/2016 Your Maruti service centre(Sultan pur lodhi Punjab) denying to approve claim. At the time of insuring vehicle through your Maruti insurance agent assured me that "dont worry sir claim settlement is Marti’s responsibility", but now they are denying in the name of surveyor(ICICI LOMBRT-Claim no-MOT[protected].
    I happen to know one thing why people insured vehicle under full body insurance ?.

    Please solve this problem on high priority basis.

        Motor claim number is PM[protected]under Policy number MOP[protected]

        My vehicle is at service center from Monday. (today is the 4th day).

        Now insurance company Royal Sundaram (Survey team) denied after 3 days of survey that case is not justified. Such decision are not in favor of customers. Looking for a positive response.


        Please find the accident summary below.

        1) Car was in speed and a dog came from left side.

        2) Car hit the dog and most off the part got removed during the incident ( almost 80 % as explained in attached picture section B).

        From the noise that time it seems dog got rolled with the tyre.

        3) Rest about 15 / 20% part (section A in attched picture) was touching the road, was about to fall, the same part is intentionally removed by me, as same was making noise during drive.

        Let me know if any more information required from my side.

I had given the car for servicing recently and made a claim and the service provider just mentioned that he received the claim amount of rs.9000/which he has deducted from his invoice. I want to know the exact claim amount which you settled as he has not given any settlement advice you may have sent him.

            I renewed car insurance through maruti insurance via maruti dealer of bokaro steel city, jhrkhand, 827004.
            They insured my car by national insurance ltd.
            My car got damaged. I approached zenith auto authorized service cetre. They refused cashless claim as car is being insured from national insurance ltd.
            Now tell me why you declared that if car insured through maruti insurance, owner get cashless facility. Solve the problem as soon as possible.

              Sir/madam, I am a regular customer of maruti Insurance for my vehicle purchased the authorised dealer, who provides Maruti Insurance as well, "Shantesha Motors Belgaum.
              My vehicle no is KA 22 N 1956.
              I have issued a cheque to renew my vehicle insurance on 21st July 16 to the agent sent by dealer. I spefically told to renew with my pre existing New India Assurance co ltd only . But the dealers agents are forcing me to renew with Bajaj Allianz, which I dont want at all.
              Kindly look into matter ASAP and resovle the matter and issue me the policy of my choice,

                  While coming from Vishnu CARS pvt Ltd Chennai, on the way on 15 Jul 16 at about 0415 hrs, a stray dog suddenly jumped from road divider and hit the front portion of my Car MARUTI Valerio. As per your web massage, the hard copy of policy paper have to be received within 7 to 10 days., but after over of 24 days, the hard copy of policy paper has not yet received by the under signed.                         I am very disappointed on Maruti insurance, My Car is registered in the name of Mrs. Sangita Biswas, Car No- WB 12D 3138, I have taken a policy from Iffco Tokio general Insurance (Bumper to Bumper Policy, Policy No[protected] I have submitted my Car at Bhandari Authorized Deler and Service Center at Salap Howrah, Kolkata West Bengal, on 25/06/2016. My car got damaged during to park the Car in my Garage on 20/06/2016, the back side got Damaged by heating a Iron pipe and at the same the left side of back door also got scratched.

                        Now the Iffco Tokio representative is simply denying to give the clam stating that the damaged old and we will not give you the claim on the same. pls look in to this matter and assist to get the claim benefit, also I would like confirm that I will take the same to the Consumer Forum Team if I will not get the response from your end.

From your website I will take your mind on your agent Janak take an action. My car is smashed on the wall on my garage but your agent tell that car is smashed on the road. I will your agent to come and see the spot he said that he will come. But he is not come and said to company I don't pick up the call. He don't call me and my father. And is was calling your agent he don't pick my phone. I add my smashed car image you will take a serious action on the agent.

                              My insurance payment for my vehicle no up16aj9844 was taken by kp automobiles, jaipur and entered into system by 6 p. M. I was expecting a call back for insurance vereification but it did not come. I had to call your insurance helpline at 8.15 and the executive arranged a call back at 8.48 p. M. Which also got disconnected in between and then no call came back. It here represents un-ethical on pat of maruti not give call back to customer. Secondally such d delay in giving verification leads to no satisfaction to customer but only following a new process in maruti. When the company wants to get the insurance done, so many calls are coming from company. But when the issue is there with maruti, the prompt response all goes into vain. Should be aware that customer should be taken as first priority. I have got too much disappointed from maruti today and would go for cancellation of insurance from maruti and get it done from some other company. It shows the so much carelessness on part of maruti,. Keep it up such type of work in future too

                                  Myself own a maruti ciaz hr03s1648, bought form tricity zirakpur, punjab, bought in 2015. Insurance of the car was due on 03-05-16 and a renewal notice of rs 18275/- was received from maruti insurance.

                                  I took a insurance claim of my car in last week of april 2016 from autovogue panchkula, haryana where i met their insurance manager.
                                  The insurance manager, mr vikrant after knowing renewal of my insurance policy, offered cash discount of rs 500/- and alignment, balancing, washing coupens (If i get my car insured from there).
                                  I was happy to receive these coupens and planned to get my car insured from autovogue (Autovogue is just 1 km away from my house)

                                  I told the tricity dealership guy that as tricity is almost 15 km away from my house and also i am getting few good offers from autovogue. I will get my car insured from autovogue..

                                  On the last day when i asked autovogue to get my car insured as promised, the insurance manager simply rejected all the promises he made and simply told to pay rs 18275/- if i want my car to get insured from them. That was simply not acceptable as it was last day and i had already denied to tricity dealer.

                                  It caused a lot of harrassment and disappointment for me as i was not having any other choice but to choose tricity dealer, which is 15 km away from house.

                                  I request you to pls look into the matter and instruct dealers to stop making any false promises to the customers

                                    This april when i got a call to renew my policy i was told that last year i didnt opted for policy, on investigation i found that my check bounced and thus policy could not be continued.But the thing is that i was not informed about that, not even a single message or call . when i asked about it to rana motors they said that the lady that was handling policies of our car had left the job and gave some excuses that she would have informed us. I want my rebate of continous renewel or please show your record telling that i was informed of my check bounce.

                                      I have purchased ALTO K10 Auto Gear in July 2015, i had a minor collusion which resulted in minor scratches in front and rear end of my car, i had insurance with National Insurance and as such put my vehicle at your service centre Jammu Motors who after attending to the repair work claimed from insurance no details were provided to me except a receipt showing job description and various amounts and claimed Rs3005/- from me. No details of amount claimed from insurance company were given to me.Instead i received an message from MD-Maruti onApril 4 2016 a claim has been made.
