Hello I had sent out mail reply to the same person who had sent me the soft copy through mail. The below mail was sent out of Tuesday for which till date I have not received any reply.

Hello Surendra,

Thank you for your email and the attached policy. Today I had been contacted by your courier team to inform me that the hard copy of the policy is with him and he will put the same in the letterbox of my flat which is located in the basement area of the building.

As there have been regular problems with the children playing around and removing such documents from the letterbox, I requested your courier person to handover the document to my flat as a request as I was at work.

But I have never come across such a courier service team who has directly turned down the request, saying no they will only put this in the letterbox.

Being maruti Suzuki a big brand for the India industry and as well for me as a customer this was a cheap mentality from the courier team and unprofessionalism.

Hope such service will not be provided to customers henceforth and will await for your feedback on the above mail.

Cancelled onlone renewed policy no.[protected] on 15 feb 2022 by giving written request to Tanya Automobile, Meerut before policy effective date. Refund not received even after one month. Contacted Insurance manager at Tanya Automobile but nothing is done yet.

My name is Abhishek Ganguly and my contact number is [protected].I have renewed my 1st year insurance from premier car world Agarpara, West Bengal.The cheque of premium already has been debited and the validity of last year insurance also got expired.several time I am asking for soft copy and hard copy of my renewed policy for last 3days.Because I am feeling insecure on road due to this insurance paper.But there is no response from the concern person.Not expecting this kind of service from Maruti insurance department.

I exchanged my old ALTO K10 bearing number TN59BC1931 with MEENAKSHI AUTO ZONE PVT.LTD., SIVAKASI and bought a new swift from them. While exchanging the car, I asked for No Claim Bonus and they told that it will be given at time of 1 st year renewal of the policy.(New car number TN59CK0733.)

My policy renewal is due this month and when I contacted them, they are saying that the car was sold by TrueValue to one customer and the customer didnot agree to change the name in the insurance .So, RC only was name transferred and I was not eligible to get NCB. I cannot understand the logic of Maruti Insurance . Does it mean that the exchanged car when sold, I have to come and change the name in the insurance ??

Kindly let me know why the NOCLAIMBONUS was denied to me.

Duplicate part and over timeing serive reapiaring new car Ertiga MP09WH6417

As I have deposit the due amount of my WegonR RJ 23 CB 6125 on 29 December 2021, after reminding four times, till date I have not received the hard copy of my insurance policy for my car.
The person dealing with this matter giving me the mobile number of third person to talk. It's a matter of negligence to provide the service to your customers
Kindly do needful as soon as possible.

One of insurance agent threatning to do insurance.when i denied to do that then he forcely insured my car..kindly take strict action...if you didn't take action.i will go to police station.

While going for online renewal of car insurance policy on 28.01.2022, amount has been deducted from account but the policy is not renewed. The deducted amount amount is not yet credited in my account. Proposal no. of policy is R[protected]. Kindly resolve the issue.

I dashed my vehicle in the truck 10 days before and suffered some dent and paint issue with out any damages to human being. My car no TN12R3411. I given for service on 17 Jan and desired for taking insurance claim but the claims were not approved in the manner I asked. Dent of Some place was not approved. I have spoken to every body including Service manager and surveyor but no results. Last 5 years, there is no claim against my vehicle. It is requested to look into the issue and solve. I Pankaj Srivatava submitted all the documents regarding accidental claim of my car AltoK10 numbering UP32JX 0130 With authorised dealer Kalyan Motors, ploy technique chauraha Faizabad road Lucknow on 11th of jan 2022.Still I am waiting for repairs of the car.I have no information whether evaluation of loss has been done or not.Please

Helllo respected i bought maruti insurance policy with Rs.23904/- but i received receipt of policy with rs15131/- only

so excess amount of rs.8733/- not given by comapny and my compain was closed by company without intimation.

please d needful as i have attached policy copy for the same.

Insurance Policy 2311/63763165/00/000 covers vehicle KL42J083 and is not reflected in parivahan.gov.in/. My mother owns this car. Hypotetication of this vehicle is now over, and we are unable to sell this car to a potential buyer because the insurance is not reflected in Parivahan portal. A week back, I have opened MI[protected], and still no progress.

My Maruti Alto KL 08 AQ 4399 was completely destroyed by a fire accident on 04/12/2021. After all due process, it was taken BRD Thrissur (Maruti Dealer for Thrissur - Kerala). However, on enquiry, they mentioned that, they have passed on the details to Mr Saju Joseph (an independent surveyor) and had not further role to play. Moreover, as I had taken the policy through INDUS Motors they will be in a better position to guide.

On enquiry from INDUS Motors, they mentioned that since BRD is the dealer for Thrissur, they have to look into it.

when I contacted the surveyor, I understood that he had not yet filed any documents and demanded for the original license which was completely burnt in the fire. (though it can be easily assessed from Government E Parivahan Website). I had provided him with the xerox copy of my driving license.

I feel deeply grieved that inspite taking the insurance from Maruti and being its loyal customer, all the parties seem to be disinterested in solving the issue. I would also like to note that I can book for a new car only after getting the insurance claim.

I kindly request you to look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest.

Dear sir ithis is BHUMESHWARA AS Vehicle no KA35N4349 Its accident date 7th of December and I kept vehicle in MUNEER CARS HOSAPETE 13th of December with along all document required but till now work has not started and insurance is not approved. Really very much disappointed from this please give vehicle soon

My previous insurance expire on 14/1/22.

As we are cancelled the policy with Maruthi assistance but the refund amount has been not settle with the clearance without using the policy they are closing the file

My alto car UP20AJ3710 is accident on the date[protected] at evening and my car reach at service station at night and the job card is open on the date[protected] but it cancel, insurance surveyor Mr. Harry mobile no. [protected] and his boss Mr. Prashant mobile no. [protected] is hold our insurance approval due to some known reason, he is daily created a new issue my car is hold till date with any work, almost 13 days . now we are helpless and insurance company dont answer me. my insurance policy no. is 2311/64898177/0000 and my mobile no. I approached with Easter motors, Chingmeirong, Imphal, Mainipur to claim to repair my baleno MN06LB4829 that was demaged at front side. My policy no.is 3001/MI[protected]/00/000. My car is still stucked at eastern motors from 8/10/2021 till date without any work progress.
I respectfully say that kindly do the neccessory actions.
