Dear sir ithis is BHUMESHWARA AS Vehicle no KA35N4349 Its accident date 7th of December and I kept vehicle in MUNEER CARS HOSAPETE 13th of December with along all document required but till now work has not started and insurance is not approved. Really very much disappointed from this please give vehicle soon...

My previous insurance expire on 14/1/22.
Not yet received the below insurance.

As we are cancelled the policy with Maruthi assistance but the refund amount has been not settle with the clearance without using the policy they are closing the file...

My alto car UP20AJ3710 is accident on the date[protected] at evening and my car reach at service station at night and the job card is open on the date[protected] but it cancel, insurance surveyor Mr. Harry mobile no. [protected] and his boss Mr. Prashant mobile no. [protected] is hold our insurance approval due to some known reason, he is daily created a new issue my car is hold till date with any work, almost 13 days . now we are helpless...

I approached with Easter motors, Chingmeirong, Imphal, Mainipur to claim to repair my baleno MN06LB4829 that was demaged at front side. My policy no.is 3001/MI[protected]/00/000. My car is still stucked at eastern motors from 8/10/2021 till date without any work progress.
I respectfully say that kindly do the neccessory actions.

After having multiple telephonic conversations with your customer care with no help i am writing here that mauti insurance has looted " charges for cover for an employee amounting to 250 rupees" which is of no use to customer who is an individual after doing multiple complaints to customer care there is no resolution provided by you in around 2 months of time. pathetic and worst customer service...

I have taken hdfc ergo policy from maruthi tie up .today received call from lady named :Latha from number ( [protected])

She informed me that call for giving some advice regarding insurance taken .

The way she was takling is very disrespectful and not listening what we are saying .also she talked like she is not interested in her job .

We have trust and belief in company...

Till now iam not received my insurance hard copy...

My Insurance details have not been updated in the Vaahan portal. Since I would like to remove the hypothecation clause from my RCBook. In this regard, RTO wants the details of Insurance on Vaahan portal

For my car, MH 12 GK 2737, insurance policy was renewed online on 27th October, but yet to receive the original hard copy.

Also had informed in July, that our GST registration has been surrendered & was assured those details will be removed while renewing the policy.

But the soft copy of the renewed policy still shows our old GST details.

Very disappointed by such unprofessionalism by Sai Service,...

I have repaid my vehicle loan and I want to remove the hypothecation clause from my RC book. In this regard RTO wants the Insurance details in the Vaahan portal.
