      Dear sir
      My car insurance policy MH40AR9972 expiry on 3 Dec Arya car policy agent Call me and I give cheque payment and I message to prjakata please inform me when cheque deposited but she can't information me about deposit the cheque and some problem occur problem in bank system she say policy expires I ready to cash payment any problem occur so why say cheque payment. I m unesssary suffer

            After having multiple telephonic conversations with your customer care with no help i am writing here that mauti insurance has looted " charges for cover for an employee amounting to 250 rupees" which is of no use to customer who is an individual after doing multiple complaints to customer care there is no resolution provided by you in around 2 months of time. pathetic and worst customer service

                I have taken hdfc ergo policy from maruthi tie up .today received call from lady named :Latha from number ( [protected])

                She informed me that call for giving some advice regarding insurance taken .

                The way she was takling is very disrespectful and not listening what we are saying .also she talked like she is not interested in her job .

                We have trust and belief in company like maruthi .
                But this kinds of staff will ruin everything .

                      For my car, MH 12 GK 2737, insurance policy was renewed online on 27th October, but yet to receive the original hard copy.

                      Also had informed in July, that our GST registration has been surrendered & was assured those details will be removed while renewing the policy.

                      But the soft copy of the renewed policy still shows our old GST details.

                      Very disappointed by such unprofessionalism by Sai Service, Pune & Maruti Insurance.

                      Expect a quick response & resolution of the issue, immediately.

                          My Car No UP32 GT 9907 Insurance are your Maruti Insurance company (IFFCO) 0% sure on dept his IDV Rs.357638/- After talking to the company after the estimated cost, only Rs.103638/- for repair by telling me your rules.

                          My policy number 12205110 from IFFCO tokio commercial zero dep insurance I took it from Maruti insurance brokerage.
                          I have given car for claiming on 21st of October 2021.
                          Accident happened on 20th having multiple damages so I took photos also from the place where incedent happen.
                          Since in my last claim they dint approved multiple damages since I don't have spot photo.

                          I contacted Mr.Y.D.Sharma of Bhandari Automobiles Kolkata for renewing the above policy.The car which was in the name of National Insurance Co Ltd was transferred in my name subsequent to my retirement(copy of recent registration certificate handed over before renewal along with NOC from NIC ltd stating that they have no objection if accumulated NCB is transferred in my name as I was the user of the said vehicle).But to my surprise the policy was renewed without NCB and too with NIA though I had specifically instructed Mr.Sharma to get it renewed with NIC.This type of lapse cannot be tolerated and i want a proportionate refund for my entitled NCB.Incidentally Mr.Sharma is not picking up my call deliberately after i pointed out the lapses to him.

                            Please note, i mr. Leo P Dsouza owner of swift MH48S1160, has exchanged this vehicle for new purchase of s presso vxi, GA03Z6127 on 27 sept' 21. The above mentioned swift has a black listing at the RTO office in mumbai, reason being insurance cheque bounce 5 years back.                             Dear Team,
                            I am having car policy for my Dzire car Number RJ13CB8734. And having the insurance policy through Maruti insurance insured by Iffco Tokio.Poilcy Number is[protected].

                            Now my car was hit the MS vertical and horizontal structure during reversing the car. It hit first with my bumper & taillight and further scarthes right side rear quarter panel.
                            Now i gave the car to repair the damage occurred and taken the car to PASCO bodyshop at Rajiv Chowk, Gurgaon on dated 19.10.2021.
                            SA mr Dinesh taken the car and opened job card. Claim intimation was sent to the insurance company M/S Iffco Tokio. Surveyour mr.Pawan Khatri was allocated and visited the bodyshop on dated 20.10.2021. On 21.10.2021 my SA Mr. Dinesh informed me that surveyour Mr. Pawan Khatri denied for claim requested.
                            I immediately called to Mr.Pawan Khatri and asked about the reason behind the deniel of justified claims.
                            Now my car is stucked at bodyshop because insurance person is not approving the claim.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              On 11th October, 2021 I claimed on this policy for the following damage of my Wagnor Car: -

                              1. Front Glass
                              2. Front Bumper
                              3. Left Side Head Light
                              4. LHS Aprons 5. Hoods
                              5. LHS Heading Kts & others parts

                              Which occurred on 10th October, 2021. Although customer executive of AAA Vehicleades Pvt. Ltd., Mundka Division has reviewed the matter and said that your Front Glass will not be changed and rejected my Front Glass damage insurance claim. I believe that I have supplied sufficient evidence to him and also proved that my claim is covered by the policy because it’s Zero Depreciation Covered.

                              After paying huge amount, I believe that I have been unfairly treated and unless you can offer some proposals for settlement within 12 days, I intend to refer my complaint to the Disputes Tribunal.

                              One line in reply will be highly appreciated.
