    Amount deducted from bank but policy is not generated

    Hi,

    Today[protected] i did transaction for renewal of car policy and amount is deducted and policy is not generated, Bank is saying clearly the amount is successfully went to maruti insurance, but maruti executive is saying awaiting. If any concern amount will be refunded but i[censored]nsuccessful we need to esquire bank.
    Now who is responsible for my amount either bank or maruti insurance
    my policy is getting expired...

      I have not yet received either the e-mail copy and the original of my policy despite of having done the renewal of the policy online well in advance. It may be noted that Traffic police some time do not accept the photocopy of the policy and harass. Please send me the original policy immediately.

        On dated 27/05/2021 my car was met with an accident bearing no OD17D1717 vide policy no 12237084, after 10 days the work approval start now and all damages are not approved by the dealer, why?

          Dear Mam/Sir

          I tried to contact Maruti dealer Rohan motors for name endorsement in. RC but did not get any positive feedback .
          As I bought a Car from another owner
          And RC is transferred but name on insurance policy is still pending.
          What if anything happen to me or car in between and how to claim then?
          Please guide and support.

            Policy issued but not updated online app or mparivahan site

            Dear sir/madam
            With request i would like to inform you that policy no-MAX/SY623847 and vehicle no-GJ-12-DR-2020 is not update in online app/mparivahan. OD cover is already updated it's expire. but TP cover is already running now. but it's not view online app/Mparivahan it's not updated online app/Mparivahan. so passing process not done due to online updation so request to solve this query....

              I mail requests on [protected]@mibpl.co.in on 24 april to update my insurance policy till 2021 in m.parivahan. They given me the Ticket No: [MI[protected]]. I have given reminder and follow-ups on every 3 to 4 days but till today my policy is not updated online.I am really unhappy with the service.
              My car no. Is GJ04DA0799. I request you to do needful.

                I am unable to contact them since, the NOs given are faulty. It is more than 10 days and no information from them. I am giving below their letter received on my Mail. [protected]@hotmail.com.
                which says "NO Reply" I am deeply worried as to whether it is a fraud.
                Please come back per return.

                  Till now i had not received the hard copy and also the complementary coupon.

                  Last year too they did not gave me the complimentary coupon.
                  This time the person itself visited our place to check the car. Even Though that time too he didn't give us the coupon.

                  When asked they said only after we paid the Insurance amount they will give the coupon.
                  till date we had not received the coupon

                  Daily iam contacting that bharathi, who is not picking up my phone.

                  now iam really afraid to renew the Insurance with their dealer
                  they are cheating the customers.
                  I had send the mail directly to marutiinusrance dated on 23.04.2021 . But till no response from them.

                        Please note Claim already intimated on 04th April2021 also complaint ticket raised with reference number :- MI[protected] and sent to insurance company. Please find below remarks sent by insurance company on customer complaints.

                        Remarks from Insurance Company :- Dear Sir With ref to complaint as per trail mail the claim dealing office has confirmed that the matter was discussed with the surveyor and his clarification in the matter is as under: "As per physical inspection as well as cause & nature of loss i.e ' suddenly a Neel Gai came in front and dashed with the front right side of the insured car and while saving her, the insured car dashed/ grazed with besides running Tata max', I have considered replacements of front bumper, hood, Rh head light & Rh fender. The insured/ dealer's demand to consider Lh fender, Rh RVM, Fr. & rear right-side doors are neither genuine nor justified, there is no accidental impact on these items." Surveyor also attached Photographs to support his observations. Gj06md8033, last year premium paid online due to lockdown, at that time 10% discount given to me and as per your commitment it's cheque given to me after the show room started...after lockdown completed I have visited two times for the my discount cheque but till date I have not received it...Now my policy on renewal stage, on trust I have completed my renewal process with maruti insurance...this time they also promise me that they will refund my money..
                              But till date no any feedback given by your side for my discount refund...

                                I am highly disappointed with the attitude of popular maruti services.
                                I had changed twice my car insurance due to the fault of dealer. Lost Rs 3000 each time. Still didn't get proper car insurance. First they didn't added engine coverage. Second time they didn't added all the add-on facilities like consumables. Not satisfied with maruti services.
