    Policy not received .No body is giving proper answers at chougule industries tawre colony satara road.dont care about need of customers.very bad attitude by employees.

        Please be informed that this morning I had opted for renewal of my Car Insurance through your official website only and accordingly choosen New India Assurance Co. instead of my earlier Co. ICICI Lombard. After selecting the Insurance Co. I made the payment thru netbanking and after sometime I received an sms intimating that your Policy is issued.
        Thereafter, I tried to download the Policy Document through the official website of New India Assurance Co. but failed to do so. Neither I could print out the Policy Document nor have I received any email attaching there to my Policy Document.
        This is very unfortunate. In fact, I should have received the policy document within half an hour or so. But, it is almost 5 hours now neither I have received any communication from New India nor from your end i.e. Maruti Insuracne since the entire process was made by me through your website only. This is very unfortunate and absolutely communication gap between your company and the selcted insurance company.

        Please, therefore, take up this matter with the New India Assurance Co. immediately instructing them to arrange to deliver the Policy Document to me without delay.

          Dear Sir

          I have taken my Car Insurance from SBI general (Vehicle No.-HR87A6225).
          On 11th dec.2020 I have claimed my car insurance in TCS Maruti service center located in Sector-6 Faridabad (Haryana). In accidents cars are damaged from the front as well from the left handed door also. I have explained in claim foam as well.
          But SBI-general Surveyor Mr. Kanan Kumar Mishra ([protected]) only considered front damage only. I try to understand the kanan kumar what is happening why you are not considering my whole claim which I mention in claim form. But he does not understand anything and not give any valid reason for that. I have explained everything again, but he his not respond positively, he behavior is very rudely.
          He is considered only paid front part which he charged me 2.6k.So what is the benefits of taking insurance.

          Its my very bad experience with SBI General Insurance. So I requested pls consider my whole claim as we mention in my claim foam.
          Otherwise we have never taken any SBI general insurance policy in future. And also tell my family/friend circle/Social Media, what type of behavior and Service provided by SBI general Insurance.

But till date neither I have received the soft copy of the insurance policy nor received the hard copy of the Insurance Police whereas my insurance of vehicle has been expired on 5.12.2020.               I have renewed the Insurance policy of My Car reg. No. UP15CL5462 (WAGON-R MINOR VXI) on 02.12.2020 vide policy No.[protected]. But policy (hard copy) is still not received to me. Kindly send me hard copy of the Insurance policy at the earliest please.

                  I own a celerio Vxi AMT and am having an insurance policy with Iffco Tokio through MI. Policy document is attached. I had renewed my policy on 31 August by paying Rs. 8523. Snapshot of payment confirmation mail is attached. Renewal was done at Pasco Aotomobiles. The vehicle is currently at Maitri MASS, MASS code 2378, at Manesar for bodywork. But the insurance company has rejected the claim saying that they do not have any ongoing policy for this vehicle. I contacted MI Support they confirmed that they have issued a policy for my vehicle valid till 11 September 2021 and asked me to call the insurace company regarding the issue. So I called insurance company. They are saying that my policy has expired on 11 September 2020 and currently I do not have any ongoing insurance policy with them. Both the insurance company and Maruti Insurance are redirecting me to each other but no one is taking the responsibility and solving my problem. It should be the responsibilty of the broker to resolve customer concern in such cases but Maruti Insurance does not seem to care about the customers. If this is the quality of support provided by MI then I do not see a reason to renew my policy with them. Really pathetic experience. It is nowhere near to what they claim while convincing the customer to buy insurance through MI.

                    I approached with Basera Velocity Autohub Pvt. Ltd. Jhansi for the claim of my car MP33 C 8536 that is damaged in road accident.

                    I very regrettably say that Maruti Insurance popular organization take more 15 days for the settlement of insured product and customer wait to DO more then 15 days. My car parked at Basera Velocity Autohub Pvt. Ltd. Jhansi since 17/11/2020 for claim of accident and i am wait for DO from Insurance company.

                    Be shocked to see that the service here is something else during approached company Basera Velocity Autohub Pvt. Ltd. Jhansi.

                    Kindly look into matter and do necessary action earlier.

                      My vehicle Maruti dzire carKL09AR8384 met with accident on 28 October 2020 and I have handed over my car to Aadi Maruti ondipudur Coimbatore on 2nd November 2020 for getting insurance claim till today there is no work progress and withheld
                      service centre stating the cause of delay that ordered parts to be received can only complete the work.
                      It is to say that I have agreed to join insurance under Maruti, expecting good service and avoiding delay where as now it is around 1 month without any progress, not as brifed by the agent while joining the insurance.

                      request your good office to intervene in this matter of huge delay of around one month and do the needful arrangement most urgently to get my vehicle work perfectionaly.

                              Vehicle Value as per Policy No.[protected] (2019) Rs.323037/- Premium amount Rs.9564/-
                              Renewal the same in 2020 Policy No.[protected] Vehicle Value Rs.276889/- Premium amount Rs.9218/-

                              No Variation in premium amount with Vehicle Value.

                                My name is Kumaradhas from Kanyakumari district - Tamil Nadu. We have a Vehicle Martui Suzuki IGNIS DELTA AMT & We have brought an insurance policy on 1 st June -2020 ( PolicyNo.&Type[protected] ProposalNo.&Date R[protected] / 01-Jun-2020 ).

                                Now I have a humble request and I need a clarification that, Is my policy covered for Maruti service costs ? ( parts / labour )? . What are the benefits of this policy during service and how can I utilize this benefits during service
                                because we have plans to send our vehicle for service in the next couple of days. could you please clarify for me prior to sending my vehicle to service . Expecting your clarifications.

I have purchased maruti insurance policy for my car swift dezire GJ05JD 4660 and policy no is[protected].due to my accident in my car, I have given for repairing to maruti authorized dealer RAVIRATNA MOTORs pvt Ltd AT city:vadodara 390012, state - GUJARAT. Now as per HDFC ERGO INSURANCE COMPANY SURVAYOR, MY CAR IS DECLARED AS TOTAL LOSS ON DATED 9.10. 2020.so COMPANY HAS STARTED PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE AUCTION OF CAR SALVAGE. AS PER per HDFC ERGO INSURANCE COMPANY AGENT, COMPANY WILL NOT PAY ANY PARKING CHARGES DURING CAR LAYING PERIOD AT MARUTI AUTHORIZED DEALER BODY SHOP I. E RAVIRATNA MOTORs pvt Ltd. I have purchased maruti insurance policy and same is tied up with all maruti authorized dealers of all over India. So why above mentioned maruti insurance dealer charged parking charges. Pl waive off parking charges which claimed by above mentioned maruti authorized dealer. IF dealer will ask to pay parking charges to me, why maruti insurance company not cover parking charges. Pl help me.
