I renewed my insurance policy on 20th april and till date, i didn't receive its hard copy. Although i was informed that i will receive its hard copy soon.

I wrote an email regarding this so one of their executives told me that they have forwarded my request to my nearest center and i will get the copy soon. But it been a long time and i didn't get any information that when i am getting my hard copy or any track...

On 17th april 2020 i hv renewed my car insurance through online payment rupees 11772rs and i hv got msg payment was successful and i will recieve insurance soft copy to my email within 4 hours and hard copy will recieve within 7 to 10 working days.. But i didnt get even soft copy or hard copy of insurance yet..
