[Resolved]  Maruti Insurance — car policy

I have renewed the Insurance policy, on 01/10/14 for my Car Maruthi A-Star, GJ-05CQ-9982, on the name Uma Kant Sharma. Till date i did not recieve the policy. Same policy was renewed by agent of Katariaya Automobiles, Surat. I will request you, Please arrange to release my car policy asap. regards Uma Kant Sharma
