Maruti Insurance — claim denial

My car swift dzire (Hr01as7530), fully insured from maruti insurance got damaged on left and right door sides. I took it to ekansh wheels, village tepla, ambala cantt. But the agency told me that surveyer (Sanjay gupta) not allowed both side claim. Only one side claim will be accepted. Why? No such terms & conditions are told by maruti insurance at the time of doing insurance policy. I want claim of both side... A. K. Puri
