[Resolved] Maruti Insurance — hard copy not received and maruti insurance service is pathetic to respond

I have sent multiple emails however no reply from maruti insurance. Really pathetic service and they do not respond. I have renewed my car insurance 15 days back and just after 3 days, maruti insurance stopped replying.. If this is the service they r providing in initial stage; probably they won't even care if we will need help to settle claims in case of any unfortunate incident. Really hopeless service.
