Maruti Insurance — money paid but not providing policy

I have send rs14109/- rupees in the account of poddar car world, gauhati, assam for insurance of my vehicle as 01 bq 0155 on 20th december 2018. When ever i call they said that otp will come in my mobile for varification. But till now i hv not received any otp. It may be for various reason, but i why i should face such harasment of getting otp once i hv paid the money. Tomorrow is the last date of my insurance, now what to do and what type of service this u people are providind

Still not get policy inspite of I got msg that I will get my policy on email within 4 hour. Do the needful on urgent basis.

It is informed that the soft copy will be mailed to my email with in 4 hrs
Until now after more than 24 hours also, I have not received the same
Pl mail the soft copy immediately.
