Dropped my subjected vehicle at “maruti” - vishnu car-service station for repair with insurance claim – guduvanchery, chennai on 12/09/18.
Got a message to my mobile no [protected] that, appointed a surveyor mr. S jothi ([protected]) on 16/09/18. And for further detail i can contact them.
Received a information from said service station that the claim is not approved as requested, and i have to do with my own.
To get clarified, i called to no : [protected] did not picked-up at multiple attempt?, no response to the message was sent?
Having continuity in policy (Mop 5018182), should customer not be taken care at right sprit?

My vehicle locked at service station for approval – 9 days. (Daily i am spending rs.1200/- for taxi)
