Maruti Insurance — not giving response against cheque issued but policy not given | |||
Sir, l have issued a cheque for my renewal of insurance policy wb 40 s/2127 on 01/01/2017 to beekay auto, asansol. But till date i did not receive the policy. My policy will expire on 26/09/2017. On query to mr. Kaushik, insurance manager replied i will give you updates of policy. We have some ambiguity with swg, durgapur. Before collection of cheque by mr. Chittarath, sales boy from beekay, asansol given call hundred times. That time l have clearly told to him that last time i done my policy from swg, (I have recorded proof). He cleared me whatever may be the cases l will give you assurance l will hand over the same well before due date. Festival season coming if not get the same within two days from today, i will not accept the same. I will go for another insurance. Repeated times i have given call to customer care, i have a complaint no. Received from customer care. I have emailed to maruti insurance. But no fruitful result. Now i have no option rather than going to consumer court on 26/09/2017, against maruti insurance and beekay auto asansol. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
