Hello,
My Alto's policy was expiring on 19th jan and i received the call from dealer(peaks auto) and he uploaded the details online to renew the policy.
Around 7:00 pm i received the call from maruti customer care and after confirming all the details they said my policy has been renewed and i will be getting the hard copy from my dealer itself.
This is the same procedure how the policy is renewed from maruti and we have been renewing since the last 9 years.
Maruti can confirm the details from the call log conversation [protected].
Why was i told that my policy is renewed and i got the call twice?
This is really a soft way of harassing the customers.
Had they told me at that time i would have renewed my policy from other sites.
