Dear sir,

Since the day of delivery of my car
MH-02-DZ-9927 on 17th September 2015 from Sai service Andheri, I have been facing wierd issues starting from the lever which makes the seat recline, then the main driver door making noise & the kind of ruckus job that was done by the company people, then the glove box which was not fitted well & made noise to disturb & finally now the fan belt which is making noise.

Very shocking since this is my second car from the same company first one was purchased in the month of November 2014 Celerio VXI & second on 17th September 2015 respectively.

Every time the car is taken to the company & brought back with Rubbish job & finally I have to keep calling different people for re repair under my building. Honestly when there's a genuine issue then why can't the faulty part replaced than rather serviced. Seems as if I have bought a second hand car & not a new one.

I am really ashamed of buying this car, & disgrace to the company.
