Hi

I bought maruti suzuki swift zdi 2015 model from indius in july 2015. Just after 2 years and waranty, my swifts high pressure diesel pump got damaged. For changing it, rs 35000 is needed.

I want to know why this is happening?

I want it to be corrected. Other wise, it will be a serious problem

So maruthi, pls take necessory action to correct my cars complaint

    I was travelling to delhi, near meerut my car suddenly stop which was 10 month old and 7200 km ran, in forest where there is no one. I m with my family. I called to customer care then they provide me toying facility in 5 hour. It got already late so i went to delhi. I found some small pieces of metal with engine oil. Then next day i went to meerut workshop which is raj sneh auto. I met with another man in auto workshop who owns the same car baleno and having same metallic piece, then we both were told after 10 days that engine get hydro lock and company will not take the responsibility. I got bill of about 60 thousand, then company give me 50 percent discount. But still i am charged about 30 thousand. Which is still out of my range.in newly insured car i felt cheated.

      Jab ki agar mujhse is baat ke bare mein bola hota toh mein warranty extend nahi karwata,
      Mein extended warranty ki cost wapis lena c hahta hu
      Please help me...

        Hi,

        This is to share my feedback on my experience of buying my first car at varun nexa, bangalore, karnataka, india.

        I had booked my baleno zeta petrol (Mt) on 21st july, 2017 at varun nexa, bangalore and the sales representative who attended me was mr. Sudheer. He had given me hopes to deliver the vehicle to me before 18th oct, 2017 since i had requested for, as it is my birthday. Once the booking was done and i was waiting for the car to be delivered to me, i receive a call from mr. Sudheer on sept 29th, 2017 asking me to take the car delivered on the same day itself. I had to apply the loan and get it approved from bank; hence, i had paid my down payment amount to showroom through cheque on 30th sept, 2017 assuming the car would be delivered by oct 1st week or 2nd week (As promised by sudheer).

        Now that the loan amount was approved for me and disbursed from bank to dealer, i stopped getting calls from nexa for any update that i request for. I was promised that the car would be delivered on 12th oct, 2017 and i had visited the showroom on 12th oct with my entire family with full excitement of getting my first new car delivered. However, this did not happen. Yes, my car was not delivered that day. The reason for not delivering the car was due to delay in transit. If this was the case, then why was i called for car delivery on 12th oct and why didn't sudheer inform me in prior. My entire day was wasted. Is maruti going to afford that day for me?

        From the day i had paid my down payment, mr. Sudheer did not keep things transparent to me. Even when i had visited the showroom for the first time, mr. Sudheer and mr. Jerome had given wrong information while explaining about the car. I was always in confusion during this transaction. I got my car delivered on 15th oct, 2017 that too without a permanent registration number. They had temporarily registered the vehicle due to the delay in transit (Mistake of nexa dealer). Mr. Sudheer had promised me to get the permanent registration done for vehicle post diwali. I had given him a call on last monday (23rd oct) to remind him about my vehicle registration. He promised me to give a call back on tuesday (24th oct) which i did not receive till now. Today in 26th oct, 2017 and still my vehicle is neither registered nor i am getting any updates from the sales rep or the nexa dealer.

        Since the car delivery was delayed because of mr. Sudheer's mostake, he had verbally promised me to deliver the car to my home for free. He disappointed me even here by taking 250rs for delivering my car on sunday to my home.

        I had called the showroom so that i can talk to the senior sales rep or the customer relationship manager (Mr. Jerome). Showroom people had promised me the the manager would call me back. Still no revert from the crm.

        Is this the service maruti provides using the nexa branding? This was supposed to be a premium experience. I am still wondering where the premium experience is? Can maruti help me in getting my vehicle registered with a permanent registration as i have only few days left to register the vehicle permanently.

          Greetings….
          I have booked a maruti suzuki vxi (Colour – sherwood brown) in my wife’s name (R. Niranjani) on[protected] at abt limited, mambala salai, tiruchirappalli. I have applied a car loan in my wife’s name at sbi intouch. The branch manager of sbi told that loan’s rate of interest is too high in my wife’s name (Because of poor cibil score). Later i have applied car loan in my name (P. Subburethina bharathi). Now bank loan is processed and ready (Rs.4, 30, 000).
          Meanwhile abt representative told that car is in transit within two days it will reach trichy. If you pay the remaining balance we will issue the invoice in my name. I have paid that balance amount sum of rupees 2, 98, 404/- through sbi intouch online transfer.
          Already our family is having two maruti suzuki cars namely: maruti 800 dx (Tn 45 – r 1717) & suzuki dzire vxi (Tn 45 - ba 3004). Now our family have decided to buy one more from maruti suzuki dzire vxi.

              I have purchased maruti swift dzire 2012 model. Your dealer sai service dealer is not giving me spares. Why when it is not available outside. Can you answer. Is there any logic. I visited your dealaer today morning to purchasr fender lining of my 2012 model which is not available with your govind pai raiturkar at porvorim only. So it is your duty to provide it. Your company say that they will charge labour charges which iam not obliged to pay. When i purchased car in 2012 they sent a message that i have become amember of maruti family. At the same time you are denying spare to your family member. Just today video was viral in your company where one custemer has complaint that his car was not serviced and he was cheated.

                Hi team,

                I have severe issue with kataria automobiles - bangalore. I had purchased a ciaz car last year and during by 3rd free service run about 11000kms, they did the wheel alignment and balancing. However over the last next 8000kms all the tyres have worn out and service center is not ready to replace the tyres and asking me to pay for the tyres. Earlier they told the suspension is fine and now they are telling the suspension will need to be replaced. Can you guide me in knowing how to resolve the issue. I really didn't expect such a service from kataria automobile. Its been almost 2o days the vehicle is still not services. You can call me on [protected]

                  On dated 29th september 2017 i purchased suzuki access 125 from super sales suzuki, bhubaneswar and according to your gold rush offer l got a token for a gents watch and i was told that the gift will be delivered me through courier service. I waited 15 days. When i did not get the gift i enquired in super sales from where i got a toll free number. On further enquiry in that number i got information that the gift was delivered from bangalore on 5.10.2017 through dtdc courier service having consignment number i. E. B48872817. After getting track report i came to know that the same was delivered wrongly to some one else. I lodged with a complaint to dtdc but till yet it is not delivered to me.
                  Therefore i would like to request you to take necessary action against dtdc courier service to deliver me the gift item as early as possible.

                    This is to inform you that i dharamveer chauhan resident of 67 dhaka village gtb nagar delhi 110009. I buy my 3rd marurti car in last year. This time in my car first problem is regarding my air-conditioning.. On checking this is found that this is mechanical defect in my car. Then company clear my complaint and my new parts are installed. For this i am grateful to company.
                    Secondly now my car gates locks from last six months are rotten. The colour is now creamy type.
                    Sir my family believe in marurti car from last 40 years. But this time i am very embrace that i drive a defective car whose ac is faulty. Gate are faulty even more but i don't know.
                    Sir i am a 63 year old and i am a cancer last stage patient. Please replace my defective car.
                    Please help in this matter as soon as possible. I also attached my last stage doctor report and also the pictures of gate locks and car rc

                      I am writing this to you as i have tried to reach the maruti service centre for the repair of my car ciaz.. As my car censors are not working from last 1 year and i have reached "sky automobiles" cuttack odisha... First of all they dint have any clue about the problem, on my first visit to the service centre they told me that something need to be changed and the same was not available with them, they promised me to get back to me asap once the part was available. The second time when i visited the service centre which was on 23rd october 2017, they asked me to leave the car with them, i was ready for the same but i wanted to know what has really happened with the car..

                      I am feeling very dissapointed and helpless as being a owner of a premium segment car not getting proper service for my car.

                      Please look into this matter and let me know asap

                        I had some minor repairs in my car which i delivered to jamkash baramulla (Sangrama) jammu and kashmir on[protected]. Just a minor dent and front bumper was to be changed. Today[protected] there is no progress on the car. I paid four visits to workshop pleaded and requested for the speedy delivery of the car but to no heed. This has shaken my belief in maruti. I am a good customer of maruti and have so far purchased three cars from maruti.in future, because of poor service i may desist from purchasing any maruti car.

                          My father had booked new swift dzire in April month. He is an ex service man.now new dzire canteen gst rate is available but prem motors Kotputli Jaipur staff is pressuring my father to purchase the car from market.they will not give the car through canteen process.
                          In rude words they are misbehaving with my father by saying that we will not give u the car through canteen. I[censored] want then apply through market u will get on the spot.
                          Take strict action against prem motors Kotputli Jaipur.

                              I brought maruti ertiga zdi+ hybrid engine car on 1 september 2017. L from sehgal auto, baner. At the time time purchase sale person told me mileage is 19 in city and more than 22 on hoghway woth ac. But initially car was giving 11, so i asked the workshop person. He said it required some more time to tine engine. Then i drove car to chandrapur. But still on even highway i got only 15 kmpl. It’s really pathetic mileage bu maruti. I already told sehgal representative, but they haven’t called me back.

                              I think there is problem woth engine. I want replacement of engine. Hybrid car should gove me atlrast 18 or 19 in city. I use this car for daily commute. For a diesel car performance is pathetic.
                              I need justice from maruti.

                                I purchase the maruti suzuki swift vxi optional firstly my car is running in 5000km so stating the problem in balancing out so damage the front both tyre so complete the problem in t r sahwney service centre in rohini sector 18 badli and same to is running the 7000 km again i visit the service centre solve the problem again same problem in 8500km again i visit the service centre in t r sahwney work maneger ask for me sir your car is totally salve the problem but your car is stay the 2 days than i solve the problem i agree but same problem is 11400 km i am totally unsatified your service i am not suggest purchase the maruti suzuki cars is so bad cars totally damage cars i am not satisfied you’s service

                                  While going from my residence to my farm in rajasthan my car broke down at farrukh nagar haryana. We were lucky that one service centre m. R. Motors was near by. We got the vehicle towed to that service centre. They opened a job card no. Jc17003679 dt. 21/10/2017. Their observation was cylinder block damage no. 3 connecting rod bend. They told that this job can not be done under warranty as my vehicle is under warranty. There is no front damage to the vehicle. We even towed the vehicle to competent gurgaon at sector 37, they also denied to get the repairs under warranty. My vehicle runs in gurgaon for daily usage. I had purchased this vehicle to get a piece of mind but it is turning out to be a night mare. Please resolve the problem asap as this vehicle is used for daily chores of my house hold.                                     I bought maruti ignis delta from nexa showroom in gurgaon. From day 1, i have noticed that while turning (Side turn or u turn), staring is not coming back to the original position quickly. Sometimes it comes slowly in high speed only. It is annoying and needs efforts to bring the staring back. I tested it on other same segment cars and working fine there. I am regretting my decision to buy second maruti car in the family. I am not getting proper help and guidance and it was not expected from nexa brand. I am disappointed. If this is by design of starring, then it is very poor design and if it is fault, please help rectifying it. Please help.

                                      I purchase maruti-swift lxi (Hr30r5237) on 14/04/2017 from vipul motors faridabad. I heard about maruti like its very good and trustable. But i am very dis-appointed and its my mistake to buy maruti. You cheated with your customer. You provide me insurance of 'the new india assurance co ltd' the worst company. I don't know how can you sell this type of poor insurance service to your customer. My policy no is ([protected]) its a 0depth insurance. My car was damaged (Front-back bumper, 1 fog lamp and 1 side mirror). I visit your centre saraswati automobiles faridabad. I give them my car on 9th oct 2017. Your surveyor visited and didn't approve anything accept repair front bumper and side mirror. And they take 2 days to pass that claim. I talk to surveyor (Mr rajiv singla), he don't have etiquettes how to behave with customer, he literally misbehave. He used this type of lines like its gov company and its process is like that we don't have online process we can't do anything he ask me to give a written letter that its my 1st claim otherwise will not approve my claim. I was at gurgaon at my office but i specially goes at saraswati to write that silly letter. But still he didn't give me full coverage he left my back bumper of cost 5000 approx and not side touch with front bumper. After all of this i again request him to give d. O. So it takes 1 week for (Front bumper, 1 fog-lamp and 1 side mirror) and i pay 1100 rs after all of that.
                                      Your saraswati maruti agents also misguide me i ask about the price of side mirror many times they told me price is about 4 to 5000 but in bill it was about 1500. I didn't take back bumper because of it and also not satisfy with what they repair. Same i ask about to change my fog lamp at vipul motors they told me we can change both lamp, we don't have option of changing single. But now saraswati change only my single lamp. So i am very dis-appointed and feeling regret to buy maruti for selling worst insurance and your agent misguide the customer. I didn't go for maruti in future and never suggest anyone for that. I will also give this complaint to gov forum. You cheat your customer.
