I visited maruti service centre, dd motors at mayapuri, delhi on[protected] to replace power window assembly (Driver side) for my zen estilo vxi 2007 model. I had been informed that the part is not available. I have to deposit money in advance and then dd motors will arrange the part and then will inform me tomorrow. I deposited rs.1000/-accordingly with a kaccha receipt (Scanned copy is attached).

Next day on[protected], i called sh. Som of dd motors on the given number [protected] at 11:30 am and i had been informed that the part has not come yet and they will inform me as soon as it comes. But when i did not receive any call from dd motors the whole day, i called them at around 5:00 pm to know the status. I had been informed that the part is available now and i can come to get it replaced next day.

Next day, on[protected], i called on the same number just to confirm again, but mobile was not picked up by any one. Ultimately i went to dd motors at 12:00 noon. I waited in the queue, got the job card for the work and again start waiting for my turn. After half an hour, i had been informed that the part is still not available. When i told them that it is not fair and i will make a complaint of this incident, the concerned staff, sh. Balwinder singh snatched the job card from me. On my repeatedly asking why he is doing so and to give me back the customer’s copy of job card, he refused to do so and misbehaved with me. He also insisted me to lodge the complaint. Then i went to the general manager (Services), sh. P s rayat and discussed the incident with him. He was already aware of the scene and he promised me to get the part replaced the same day on[protected]. I had no choice as i had already paid rs.1000/- in advance. I came back home as this would take uncertain time.

Next day, on[protected], i went again to dd motors after confirming over mobile and at last got the part replaced with all hassles. But whatever happened with me can not be ignored. Kindly let me know the following.

1) why a reputed maruti serive centre like dd motors needs to get an advance amount deposited from the customer for bringing the spare part to the work shop? If it is under rules and regulations then why did not a proper receipt provided to me?
2) when the part was not available with dd motors then why the person confirmed me to come and get it replaced?
3) why the job card was snatched from me in offensive manner as if the job card was not made? What was the benefit of staff sh. Balwinder singh in harassing the customer (Me) and creating nuisance doing so? Any one can go and confirm the copy of job card with dd motors issued at around 12:15 pm having power window for rs.1350/- on[protected].
4) who will pay the amount of petrol wasted unnecessarily in coming 15 km twice and back? Approximately rs.400/-?
5) who will refund my valuable time (3 half days) wasted in the above incident in getting a very small job done which can not be measured? Say approximately rs.5000/-?
6) who will compensate the mental torture suffered by me, the harassment given to me by the staff of dd motors? Say approximately rs.15000/-?

Of course, this would be my last time to visit dd motors and in turn last purchase from maruti along with my close relatives and friends. Every one has learnt a lesson from this incident. We should always go for the product where after sales services are satisfactory and not like maruti dealers and service centres specially when there are number of other brands available in the market.

    We have purchased one no 1.3 alpha chasis no. Ma3fneb1isoo122472 engine no. 5218939 on 17/03/2016 from nexa ocean motors indore vide their invoice no. Nexa/march/15-16/069/sales dtd 17/03/2016. After getting this vehicle we are complaining repeatedly that vehicle is giving fuel efficiency/average between 12 to 14.5 km per ltrs. Based on dealers request we have sent vehicle 3 times to their service station but no improvement and even not getting any satisfactory reply. With this mail we request you to please look into the matter very seriously and take necessary action to set right the average as assured in your product catalogue with in a week time, else no option will be left with us except to handover vehicle to your dealer against refund of money paid by us/our banker. We are not at all interested to use this vehicle further more on existing conditions.

      Worst dealer i ever seen in my life. Worst experience. I buy a new maruti swift on 22 feb 2016 and they charge extra 6000rs from me and told me that money will be refundable to me but now when i go to showroom they didn't gave me my money back. Staff is irr responible, behaviour not good. I went to many time to showroom but every time no solution. Please take nessary action against them

            This is in reference to complaint of your vehicle no.Hr01aj2826 reported at workshop for color fading problem we sincerely regret for inconvinience and would like to clarify that as per inspection of vehicle by our tsm msil service vishal patel sir & our gm service mr.Harveer singh this does not falls under manufacturing defect as it gives reflection of repaint hence it cannot be covered under warranty but as you are honorable customer of patel motors we offer you zero processing fee if you approve to cover it under insurance claim.

            But i want know i never do anything in my vehicle till date even a single boult patel motor super wiser also said me ur bounet is not open till . Then why company not claim it. This totally manufacturing defect why should i claim from insurance.

              Sir i have booked rns motors hubli and bijapur ur dealer maruti eritiga zdi shvs 4 months back and dealers executive promises me colour of silver i have booked earlier and they have promised 25, 000 bonous smart city and 10000 additional bonous on purchase but they cheated me they given only 5000 and they not kept their promise so pl my query and punish them legally because i am big fan of maruti so it will create a negative image of brand household pl take action against them, and refund my amount my ph no [protected]...

                I purchased vehicle from true value outlet of fair deal cars sector-8 noida on 18/oct/2015, and we were feeling proud that we got my car from true value.

                It’s approx. Eight months has been passed but rc could not transferred to new owner name. I am following up your team continuously but could not get my rc.

                After meeting on 7th may with a responsible executive, i was expected that i will get my rc till 25th...

                When we visited the Maruti Suzuki Sevice center the first service required is to fix the bumper from the corner. They told us to fix the bumper.
                At the time of delivery the work seems to uncompleted they told us they can not fix the bumper you required to change it but after arguing with them the fixed it by adusting the hole provided on th chasis of car.

                  These people are 1st class cheaters and worse than forest thief veerappan. I used to give my alto k10 2010 model car to these people for service. They will do many unwanted things, not necessary for a regular service, without my permission and stolel money. Because they never did it. We could never check as these cannot be seen. Expl. Upholstery cleaning.
                  Whenever they did wheel aleignment, i asked to produce computer report. But they never produced which means they never did it and simply stole money.
                  Afterward car a/c was in trouble. They replaced the fan to solve this and charged me rs4000. But problem persisted. When i report this they said it could be some other problem. I asked them to show the replaced fan they never did.
                  Later i solved my a/c problem with a car a/c workshop for rs1000.
                  O i request to cancell the dealership and authenticity of this group. Otherwise these people will definitely tarnish your name. Their technicians are incompetent.

                    I have driven my sx4 zdi only for 50000 kms and unable to shift gear from 3rd to 2nd and subsequently to 1st gear.In fact i started encountering this problem somewhere around 46000 kms. Extended warranty of vehicle expired three months back only. I did not expect such poor performance from a product of maruti. This all happened inspite of taking the care of vehicle and getting all the servicings done well in time. May i request the maruti company to respond and let me know the reason for the same. Also why can't the company bear the cost of same. My car no is hr26bq5976 and i bought the car from pasco motors gurgaon.

                      I have booked maruti baleno zeta on 09/03/2015 through amar cars pvt ltd, vadodara (Dealer no 2203) now they have given me quotation dated 23/05/2016 for payment. Here the dealer is saying it is mandatory to take insurance from him only. I would like to know whether it is maruti company which is making its customers to compulsorily buy insurances from them or it is the dealer which is making it mandatory. As you know sir the dealer amar cars has mentioned an amt of rs22179/- towards insurance whereas the government insurance companies are giving insurance for rs13500/-. So i humbly request you to resolve my issue at the earliest. You can contact me on my mobile [protected]. I am enclosing herewith copy of quotation given by dealer.

                        I have purchased a wagon-r amt version in mumbai on april 08.
                        The registration number of the vehicle is mh47- k - 4109.
                        I have bought this vehicle from spectra motors in borivali.

                        On my observation after driving the vehicle for over 2000 kms so far is that i am getting a very low mileage as compared to the claimed.
                        I am getting mileage of between 11-13 kmpl. My drive includes major highway.
                        Still i am getting this kind of a mileage.

                        I was relying some improvement on the first service but it is almost the same.
                        I had taken my vehicle to spectra motors on the 5th and they did a mileage test. As per them the vehicle average was around 17 km/l with ac and 20 km/l without ac. If this is the average i should be able to drive on a full tank of 30 liters fill around 500 kms with ac and around 550 - 600 kms without ac. But my experience is completely different.
                        On a tank full i on an average am been able to drive around 330 kms after which i have to refuel. On a complete highway run which i did from mumbai till shirdi also which also gave me only 380 kms on a full tank.
                        This is no where close to the mileage that has been claimed.

                        Spectra motors have mentioned that they can't do anything further to help, thats why i am writing to you'll. The car has just run around 3500 kms.
                        Please look into this and help.

                          My name is Sunil Kumar Tiwari, I have swift Lxi, bearing vehicle number UP-14CH-4372 purchased from Fair deal sector-10, Noida on july 2014.
                          Than on 12/06/2016 i was coming from mathura to noida via Yamuna Expressway, when i crossed jewar toll plaza and reached near NIIT Building, i heared some noise/sound from my car and immediately i found that a huge smoke is coming from the silencer of my car, i immediately stop my car and opened the boot door and bonnet of my car, then i seen that entire mobile of my car was falldown at the place where my car was parked. I immediately call to Maruti for seeking Road side assistant but they are asking a huge amount (Rs 3846) for toe my vehicle from here to sector-10 Noida. Then i call to cross road they took from me Rs. 2500 and drop me at Maruti Fair deal sector-10, Noida. After reaching there i meet with vehicle advisor and after inspection of my car he informed my that engine block is cracked and estimate is around Rs 65000-70, 000, then i informed him about the warranty of my vehicle, then he inform me that your vehicle is CNG fitted from out side therefore warranty has been lapsed. I have again informed him that two month is still remains to complete my vehicle to complete the warranty period i.e. 2 years. but he denied. Left no other option i left my vehicle there and request to proceed work.

                          i want to say one side Govt. of India encourage the people to use CNG vehicle to reduced the pollution in the country and other side vehicle manufacture try to avoid their liability on the ground to CNG installation from out side.

                          Please do need full and direct them to change the engine of my vehicle under the warranty period as this is the manufacturing defect of the engine by the company.

                            Booked 2 maruti ritz lxi commercial models. Post booking, both the executive and tl backed out of commitment on providing ncr permits. Agreed by them in initial discussion. Not able to approach the head of the unit. None willing to give phone numbers. Land line numbers mostly don't get picked up and when they do we are connected to inexperienced executives. Have spoken to mr chibber about an hour and half back and he promised to call within half an hour. Your toll free numbers at corporate iffice also not getting picked up. Because of such a bad experience even before purchase, have decided against buying cars from you. Have issued stop check instructions to my brand in this regard.

                              Car kept by rb cars dahod for 16 days and when approached, the vehicle was not repaired. Not even approached me for the status despite of frequent followups. I had to use hired vehicle for those 16days which has costed me around rs.40000.00. Need refund for those expense i had to bear due to negligence and carelessness of rb cars dahod. Mailed on [protected]@maruti.Co.In on 4 occassion but not even a single complaint mail is been acknowledged....

                              I have purchased maruti celerio vxi model on 17 jul 2015 from competent motors shivaji marg new delhi .Regn no. Of the vehicle dl2cat 9183.The deffective product is given to me because mileage of the car is only 6-7 km/lt .While company is claiming 23 km/ltr.They should not mislead the people by advertisement or do not promise the false claims.I am very much dissatisfied from this product.If you can resolve my problem i shall be obliged.Nirmal rani [protected]

                                I have purchased suzuki gixxer 150 vehicle from sr motors - chennai (Vadapalani) on 09th jan'15.

                                This is to notify that my two wheeler has undergone continues oil leakage issues 6 times between oct'15 - may'16.

                                When we took it to the service stations, it was repaired with m-seal / anabound which didn't give a permanent solution to the problem. It's a manufacturing error and gave me different excuses.

                                We are so regretted to have this problem very frequently and still didn't reached any solution.

                                Request your help or immediate action in this regard to get this issue rectified in my vehicle.

                                  I got my wagon r serviced last month from royal motors ballabgarh. Since than i am facing very crucial problem which i would like to complain. After i received the car from service i observed that engine is very frequently shutting off just on the way. If i start the ignition it will start again within no time. Some time it is running at a speed of 40 and 50 and still the ignition shuts off automatically in the mid off the road. It creates very risky situation. I am just held in a dangerous situation because at this time breaks are stop working and steering also gets almost jammed. I complain to the royal motors many a time. They just call me to the service center and gives the car back after some working but it is of no use situation remains same it is very irritating as well as risk involving. Kindly do some thing

                                    I have booked vitara brezza, zdi, red colour model thru abt maruthi ltd, guindy, chennai.

                                    On 3rd march 2016, i did the booking with initial amount rs. 10000/-, later on march 14th i paid another rs.11000/-. On that day i was told by abt executive that the number of booking was around 20. After a week i inquired, they promised to deliver the vehicle within 6 - 8 weeks. Now around 10 weeks completed, till date i didn't get any update from abt guindy chennai. When i inquired, they told only 15 vehicles delivered to them till date. They expect next delivery from you by end of may 2016, in that also they don't know whether my vehicle will be addressed or not.

                                    In the news there were around 7000 vehicles produced and delivered by msil. Abt guindy might have delivered atleast 40 brezza vehicles for the last two and half months.In this case i should have received my brezza vehicle.

                                    I strongly believe that either some customer priority changes might happened, or maruthi suzuki india limited is delaying the delivery to abt.

                                    I'm trying to get the information thru the chennai regional office but no response from them, the regional sales manager is not picking the phone. Sent couple of mails to "[protected]@maruthi.Co.In", no reply. When i called the delhi head office, operator is not picking the call.

                                    Can you please investigate and let me know how many brezza vehicles you had been delivered to abt maruthi ltd., guindy chennai.
