Sir,
I have booked maruti baleno zeta on 09/03/2015 through amar cars pvt ltd, vadodara (Dealer no 2203) now they have given me quotation dated 23/05/2016 for payment. Here the dealer is saying it is mandatory to take insurance from him only. I would like to know whether it is maruti company which is making its customers to compulsorily buy insurances from them or it is the dealer which is making it mandatory. As you know sir the dealer amar cars has mentioned an amt of rs22179/- towards insurance whereas the government insurance companies are giving insurance for rs13500/-. So i humbly request you to resolve my issue at the earliest. You can contact me on my mobile [protected]. I am enclosing herewith copy of quotation given by dealer.

Dealer is not ready to give delivery of vehicle... Not responding to calls

    I have purchased a wagon-r amt version in mumbai on april 08.
    The registration number of the vehicle is mh47- k - 4109.
    I have bought this vehicle from spectra motors in borivali.

    On my observation after driving the vehicle for over 2000 kms so far is that i am getting a very low mileage as compared to the claimed.
    I am getting mileage of between 11-13 kmpl. My drive includes major highway.
    Still i am getting this kind of a mileage.

    I was relying some improvement on the first service but it is almost the same.
    I had taken my vehicle to spectra motors on the 5th and they did a mileage test. As per them the vehicle average was around 17 km/l with ac and 20 km/l without ac. If this is the average i should be able to drive on a full tank of 30 liters fill around 500 kms with ac and around 550 - 600 kms without ac. But my experience is completely different.
    On a tank full i on an average am been able to drive around 330 kms after which i have to refuel. On a complete highway run which i did from mumbai till shirdi also which also gave me only 380 kms on a full tank.
    This is no where close to the mileage that has been claimed.

    Spectra motors have mentioned that they can't do anything further to help, thats why i am writing to you'll. The car has just run around 3500 kms.
    Please look into this and help.

      My name is Sunil Kumar Tiwari, I have swift Lxi, bearing vehicle number UP-14CH-4372 purchased from Fair deal sector-10, Noida on july 2014.
      Than on 12/06/2016 i was coming from mathura to noida via Yamuna Expressway, when i crossed jewar toll plaza and reached near NIIT Building, i heared some noise/sound from my car and immediately i found that a huge smoke is coming from the silencer of my car, i immediately stop my car and opened the boot door and bonnet of my car, then i seen that entire mobile of my car was falldown at the place where my car was parked. I immediately call to Maruti for seeking Road side assistant but they are asking a huge amount (Rs 3846) for toe my vehicle from here to sector-10 Noida. Then i call to cross road they took from me Rs. 2500 and drop me at Maruti Fair deal sector-10, Noida. After reaching there i meet with vehicle advisor and after inspection of my car he informed my that engine block is cracked and estimate is around Rs 65000-70, 000, then i informed him about the warranty of my vehicle, then he inform me that your vehicle is CNG fitted from out side therefore warranty has been lapsed. I have again informed him that two month is still remains to complete my vehicle to complete the warranty period i.e. 2 years. but he denied. Left no other option i left my vehicle there and request to proceed work.

      i want to say one side Govt. of India encourage the people to use CNG vehicle to reduced the pollution in the country and other side vehicle manufacture try to avoid their liability on the ground to CNG installation from out side.

      Please do need full and direct them to change the engine of my vehicle under the warranty period as this is the manufacturing defect of the engine by the company.

        Booked 2 maruti ritz lxi commercial models. Post booking, both the executive and tl backed out of commitment on providing ncr permits. Agreed by them in initial discussion. Not able to approach the head of the unit. None willing to give phone numbers. Land line numbers mostly don't get picked up and when they do we are connected to inexperienced executives. Have spoken to mr chibber about an hour and half back and he promised to call within half an hour. Your toll free numbers at corporate iffice also not getting picked up. Because of such a bad experience even before purchase, have decided against buying cars from you. Have issued stop check instructions to my brand in this regard.

          Poor service by rb cars dahod

          Car kept by rb cars dahod for 16 days and when approached, the vehicle was not repaired. Not even approached me for the status despite of frequent followups. I had to use hired vehicle for those 16days which has costed me around rs.40000.00. Need refund for those expense i had to bear due to negligence and carelessness of rb cars dahod. Mailed on [protected]@maruti.Co.In on 4 occassion but not even a single complaint mail is been acknowledged....

          I have purchased maruti celerio vxi model on 17 jul 2015 from competent motors shivaji marg new delhi .Regn no. Of the vehicle dl2cat 9183.The deffective product is given to me because mileage of the car is only 6-7 km/lt .While company is claiming 23 km/ltr.They should not mislead the people by advertisement or do not promise the false claims.I am very much dissatisfied from this product.If you can resolve my problem i shall be obliged.Nirmal rani [protected]

            I have purchased suzuki gixxer 150 vehicle from sr motors - chennai (Vadapalani) on 09th jan'15.

            This is to notify that my two wheeler has undergone continues oil leakage issues 6 times between oct'15 - may'16.

            When we took it to the service stations, it was repaired with m-seal / anabound which didn't give a permanent solution to the problem. It's a manufacturing error and gave me different excuses.

            We are so regretted to have this problem very frequently and still didn't reached any solution.

            Request your help or immediate action in this regard to get this issue rectified in my vehicle.

              Dear sir
              I got my wagon r serviced last month from royal motors ballabgarh. Since than i am facing very crucial problem which i would like to complain. After i received the car from service i observed that engine is very frequently shutting off just on the way. If i start the ignition it will start again within no time. Some time it is running at a speed of 40 and 50 and still the ignition shuts off automatically in the mid off the road. It creates very risky situation. I am just held in a dangerous situation because at this time breaks are stop working and steering also gets almost jammed. I complain to the royal motors many a time. They just call me to the service center and gives the car back after some working but it is of no use situation remains same it is very irritating as well as risk involving. Kindly do some thing

                I have booked vitara brezza, zdi, red colour model thru abt maruthi ltd, guindy, chennai.

                On 3rd march 2016, i did the booking with initial amount rs. 10000/-, later on march 14th i paid another rs.11000/-. On that day i was told by abt executive that the number of booking was around 20. After a week i inquired, they promised to deliver the vehicle within 6 - 8 weeks. Now around 10 weeks completed, till date i didn't get any update from abt guindy chennai. When i inquired, they told only 15 vehicles delivered to them till date. They expect next delivery from you by end of may 2016, in that also they don't know whether my vehicle will be addressed or not.

                In the news there were around 7000 vehicles produced and delivered by msil. Abt guindy might have delivered atleast 40 brezza vehicles for the last two and half months.In this case i should have received my brezza vehicle.

                I strongly believe that either some customer priority changes might happened, or maruthi suzuki india limited is delaying the delivery to abt.

                I'm trying to get the information thru the chennai regional office but no response from them, the regional sales manager is not picking the phone. Sent couple of mails to "[protected]@maruthi.Co.In", no reply. When i called the delhi head office, operator is not picking the call.

                Can you please investigate and let me know how many brezza vehicles you had been delivered to abt maruthi ltd., guindy chennai.

                When my booking of brezza zdi red colour will be delivered

                    Myself and Shiv bought this car as we were already Maruti customers..
                    but by giving us this defective celerio, and which is giving is average of 8 and 6 respectively...

                    maruti has cheated us..
                    through facebook and twitters; and of course tell our friends family to never buy maruti cars..
                    i want to tell maruti this si my 4th amruti car in house and my brother and father both drive maruti, , ,

                    BUT MARUTI HAS STARTED TO CHEAT AND FOOL CUSTOMERS NOW..

                    my celerio which i bought from competent automobiles gurgaon ON 5TH MAY 2016 has registration no: HR26CW 2804;

                    I purchased my New maruti Celerio VXI from Competent Automobiles, ISLAMPUR at Gurgaon on 5th may 2016;
                    I was told that Celerio gives running average of 20 plus in city though maruti claims this above 23.5 kms/per litre of petrol;

                    but I am shocked that in 31 liters of petrol which i have filled in my celerio it has been able to run less tahn 290 kms, which gives average of less than 9 kms per liter..

                    The Maruti meters are also wrong as they show it as 12 plus which si completely wrong..
                    so i am not happy and will not recommend maruti celerio to anyone..

                    - poor quality and defective electronic meters in celerio
                    - poor Average of the car
                    - In ethical approach by maruti to sell cars and giving wrong promises to customers;

                    I am sorry but i have to propagate my pain across on internet and Facebook to my friends if Maruti does not help here;

                      My Alto K10 car no. up/32/DK/2232 has been damaged in an accident. The mentioned car is insured by Maruti insurance. The car had been sent to Anand Motors showroom at Bahraich (U.P.) since[protected]. The car till date has neither been repaired nor any estimate about repair is been told to me after various telephonic conversations. Sir, i am not at all satisfied with the services of Anand Motors, Bahraich.
                      Kindly look into the staed matter and do the needful as soon as possible otherwise, i will be left with no option but to go to consumer forum.

                        I have received at least 14 calls from dewars garage - soliciting the purchase of a new car although i have purchased a car - registration number wb06l 4241 from dewars garage on january 2015. The calls are received since then.
                        So i have raised a complaint in end february with maruti - head office and that complaint is still not resolved.
                        Today again i have received a call from dewars garage - the 15th call from the number[protected] soliciting the purchase of a new car. I am planning to file a case against dewars garage and maruti as a whole for mental harassment.

                            I am really fed up with the service of maruti suzuki.

                            On 1st of may 2016 my t permit ertiga car (Mh05 bj 940) had an accident with bike and i parked car at automative service center dombivli.
                            My car is ertiga vxi model petrol+cng which is t permit.
                            The chasis no. Is 324861 and engine no. Is 93931.
                            The service centre is automative, manufactures pvt. Ltd. Plot no. B43, phase i, midc, dombivli, east.
                            On 3rd may i submitted fir and relevant document to service center due to delay from police station end for fir copy.
                            Service center executive done inspection of car and gave me job card (Acknowledgement) wherein damage related all info was written.
                            In that job card executive mentioned the parts which needs to be replaced.
                            On 4th may claim registration sms i received from maruti suzuki and bajaj allianz. After that i requested service center to replace parts asap. As this is t permit vehicle.
                            On 7th may when i visited service center i saw my vehicle is still there as it is and no action has been taken from service center.
                            On 11th may i received call from executive saying that engine of your car is put down as there is bend in apron (Which holds engine) due to an accident.
                            On 14th may i visited service center to check progress then came to know that nothing has done only execuse received that mechanics are on holiday due to which the work is delaying.
                            On 19th may again i called executive then he told me that still apron work is pending due to shortage of manpower.
                            On 21st may again i visited service center and found my vehicle in the same condition.
                            No action has been taken yet so i contacted mr. Thakre and asked to give my vehicle back as nothing has been done from last 20 days. He asked to meet mr. Amol who is manager of automative service center.
                            Mr amol asked thakre about the status of vehicle and thakre admitted that delay happened from their end due to shortage of manpower.
                            When i asked mr. Amol that normally how much time it takes when workers are available and only front parts needs to be replaced and apron needs to be repaired. Mr. Amol told me that it takes only 5 days time to do all. Amol assured me that i will get my car back by coming tuesday (On 24th may) after repairing but i got call on 28th may from automative to pick up my car. When i reached there i saw the bonnet of car was not in proper condition so i asked executive pritish patil about the same then he denied and said that it was not proper at the time of admitting the car in service center. When i asked then he failed to show me photographs. I took my car at home by paying the remaining liability amount. Yesterday on 7th june my car started producing loud noise so i showed the same to nearest garage then came to know that brackets which holds engine were not properly tightened by automative service centre due to which the bolt fell down and engine started loud noise.
                            The delay is happened from service center end and they also didn't show me damaged apron before put down the engine. Considering amol's word automative service center delayed to give my car back by 15 days.
                            Every day i earn 2500 rs from my t permit ertiga and due to that 15 days delay i lost around rs 37500.
                            My first concern is, it was not major accident then i don’t know from where apron damaged.
                            My second concern is when there were short of man power then service center would have told me the same earlier.
                            Now i want maruti to reimburse my losses of 15 days as service center was authorized by them.
                            I have raised this issue to maruti under crm:[protected] and i contacted mr. Nilesh khot who is regional manager of maruti suzuki regarding this issue. Mr. Khot assured me that he will look in to the same but not receiving reply from him now.

                            Please help me and ask maruti to reimburse my loss of rs37500.

                              I purchased my Car Last year from bagga link Delhi and they have assured me i will get 500 points for this card.

                              It has been one year complete, still my auto card is not in active state, went many time in bagga link they said nothing pending from my side .

                              This is very pathetic service i have ever seen from maruti and bagga link.

                              Kindly take care this and resolve it.

                                महोदय मैंने अगस्त 2015 में प्रेम मोटर्स आगरा उ.प्र.शो रूम से ओमनी गाड़ी जिसका नं.up 80 Dk 2645 है नकद कैश खरीदी थी उक्त गाड़ी की बैटरी मात्र पाँच माह में ही खराब हो गयी जिसे मैं प्रेम मोटर्स आगरा के वर्क शोप लेकर गया तो वहाँ के वर्कशोप मैनेजर मिस्टर खाँन ने मुझे एक पर्ची देकर एक्साइड बैटरी हाउस जो वहाँ से करीब दस कि.मी.की दूरी पर है भेजा वहाँ पर खाँन द्वारा दी गयी पर्ची पर मुझे बैटरी नहीं दी गयी बाद मैं वापस वर्क शोप पहुँचा तो फिर दोबारा वहीं भेजा कहा कि मैने फोन कर दिया अब बदल देगा लेकिन फिर परेशान होकर बापस आने पर कई बहाने बना कर जैसे गाड़ी पाँच दिन के लिये यहीं छोड़नी पड़ेगी आदि तथा पहली फ्री सर्विस में भी जबरदस्तीआयल चेंज कर 1500 रू.ऐठ लिये जबकि गाड़ी मात्र 350 km. ही चली थी तथा दूसरी फ्री सर्विस पर800 रू.ब्हील बैलेसिंग वअन्य खर्चा बताया जबकि गाड़ी मात्र 1800 km.ही चली थी इस तरह मिस्टर खाँन के द्वारा मुझे परेशान तथा मिस विहेव किया गया जिसकी बजय से मैं गाड़ी की दूसरी फ़्री सर्विस नही करा सका और समय अवधि खत्म हो गयी

(Regional chief mumbai) and to the company.i have also sent all the proof regarding my booking of my car and the recording in which the company is asking for extra money for the car dilevery. (KTS auto mumbai dealer) .If the company doesn't want to respond to my mails I will move ahead with my complaints to the heavy industrial hounarable minister Mrs Geethe.Now I am feeling the company is also in this black marketing of the car.Now I have no interest in the car.

                                    I, d. R. Chauhan purchased alto k-io, vxi personal vehicle on[protected] i. E. About five months back from the show room of ms at taradevi shimla (Goel motors). The vehicle has been used by me covering around 2900 kms. So far. On wednesday[protected] when i tried to start the vehicle, it did not respond at all. On[protected], i registered the complaint with the agency. The complaint was attended on[protected]. The battery of the vehicle was found defective. There was no batter water in the holes mentioned for the purpose. The technical person from the show room added battery water and asked me to the keep the vehicle remain started at least for 1-2 hours. I then drove the vehicle for about 50 kms. And again stopped. The battery of the vehicle seems to be dead. I request your goodself to please get the same replaced by the original one as i am going to take the vehicle to the show room on[protected] for getting thsame checked. You are, therefore requested to kindly ask the authorities of the show room agency (Goel motors) to replace the battery as early as possible.

                                      I bought a s-cross 200 dds zeta from rks motors
                                      Jubilee hills, hyderabad on 07th feb 2016. From
                                      Day-1 i had a problem with my irvm.
                                      The internal rear view mirror vibrates crazily and
                                      The image of the vehicle coming behind is fuzzy. I
                                      Have raised several complaints and several
                                      Inspections have been made. Problem was also
                                      Acknowledged by service engineer. The mirror was
                                      Also replaced once. However the problem persisted.
                                      Msil also inspected the vehicle and finally said
                                      That this is an inherent problem with s-cross. I
                                      Took the car to non maruti authorized repair shop
                                      And they also refused to correct the problem saying
                                      This problem has been reported by many owners and
                                      There is no solution. Only msil can solve this
                                      Problem.
                                      There is a serious safety concern in the car as you
                                      Cannot monitor the vehicles coming behind you and
                                      Driver has to drive on the guess/estimate. This can
                                      Lead to major road accident and can lead to loss of
                                      Life and property. However, maruti suzuki india
                                      Eems to be taking this carelessly and is not
                                      Making any efforts to rectify the problem
                                      Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Even I'm facing the exact issue in my new Ciaz VDi+ that I bought 2 months back.
                                      The service people were not able to rectify the same on first complain.
                                      Please share your experience after you get yours rectified.
